【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈以及經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響，鋼鐵企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展愈加困難。降本增效成為鋼鐵企業(yè)常態(tài)化的重點(diǎn)工作，而采購與庫存管理環(huán)節(jié)是成本管理的關(guān)鍵，這就要求鋼鐵企業(yè)采用科學(xué)的采購與庫存管理理念，才能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于不敗之地。本文以秦皇島首秦龍匯礦業(yè)有限公司為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)首秦龍匯公司采購與庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行分析，，結(jié)合相關(guān)理論，對(duì)其采購與庫存管理的改進(jìn)與優(yōu)化進(jìn)行分析。 首先，本文結(jié)合我國(guó)鋼鐵行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，提出了鋼鐵企業(yè)的采購與庫存管理研究目的，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)采購和庫存管理的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理。 其次，對(duì)采購管理基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行介紹，對(duì)戰(zhàn)略采購理論與供應(yīng)鏈管理理論進(jìn)行介紹；同時(shí)介紹庫存的定義、庫存管理的目標(biāo)，并重點(diǎn)介紹了VMI庫存管理模式的產(chǎn)生背景及主要特點(diǎn)，VMI模式的建立原則、步驟等相關(guān)理論。 再次，介紹首秦龍匯公司概況及生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合當(dāng)前公司物資采購與庫存管理的具體流程和現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)現(xiàn)階段首秦龍匯公司物資采購與庫存管理存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行了介紹。 隨后，構(gòu)建了適合首秦龍匯公司的VMI庫存管理模式，提出優(yōu)化改進(jìn)策略。對(duì)VMI庫存管理模式實(shí)施的原則、步驟、前期準(zhǔn)備工作、實(shí)施模式以及實(shí)施過程中需注意的問題進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述。 最后，對(duì)如何保障VMI模式的順利實(shí)施進(jìn)行了綜合闡述，包括公司內(nèi)部和外部相關(guān)機(jī)制的建立、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范機(jī)制的建立、VMI績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立以及發(fā)展良好的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系等。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition and the impact of economic crisis, the survival and development of iron and steel enterprises become more and more difficult. This requires iron and steel enterprises to adopt scientific purchasing and inventory management concepts in order to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition. This paper takes Qinhuangdao Shou Qinlonghui Mining Co., Ltd as the research object. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of purchasing and inventory management in Shouqinlonghui Company, the improvement and optimization of its purchasing and inventory management are analyzed in combination with relevant theories. First of all, according to the current situation of iron and steel industry in China, this paper puts forward the purpose of research on purchasing and inventory management of iron and steel enterprises, and combs the research status of procurement and inventory management at home and abroad. Secondly, the basic theory of purchasing management is introduced, the strategic purchasing theory and supply chain management theory are introduced, the definition of inventory, the objectives of inventory management are also introduced. The background and main characteristics of VMI inventory management model are introduced in detail. Thirdly, this paper introduces the general situation and production characteristics of Shouqinlonghui Company, combined with the current material procurement and inventory management of the specific process and current situation, the first Qinlonghui Company material procurement and inventory management at the present stage of the existing problems and reasons are introduced. Then, the VMI inventory management model suitable for the first Qinlonghui Company is constructed, and the optimization and improvement strategy is put forward. The principles, steps and preparatory work for the implementation of the VMI inventory Management Model are put forward. The mode of implementation and the problems needing attention in the course of implementation are expounded emphatically. Finally, how to ensure the smooth implementation of VMI model is comprehensively expounded, including the establishment of internal and external related mechanisms, the establishment of risk prevention mechanism and the establishment of performance evaluation system of VMI, as well as the development of good supplier relationship.
