【摘要】：近幾年以來,隨著信息通信技術(shù)行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,3G移動通信技術(shù)的商業(yè)化大大提升了移動通信的速度,蘋果公司的iPhone的橫空出世極大地促進了移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)應用的豐富。為了讓更多的用戶體驗移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)帶來的便捷,Google公司聯(lián)合眾多手機廠家推出了Android智能手機操作系統(tǒng),隨著Android的推出,企業(yè)設計智能終端的難度大大降低。在看到智能終端領(lǐng)域的巨大機遇后,越來越多的企業(yè)都投身其中。但是如何抓住這個巨大機遇,中國的企業(yè)還在繼續(xù)摸索。 本文試圖從全面創(chuàng)新管理的角度對電子行業(yè)的巨頭——三星電子進行全面分析,總結(jié)其從歐美和日本電子企業(yè)的包圍中獲得成功的經(jīng)驗,對目前中國企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析后,指出其創(chuàng)新發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,根據(jù)三星電子成功的經(jīng)驗,為中國企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the information and communication technology industry, the commercialization of 3G mobile communication technology has greatly improved the speed of mobile communication. The advent of Apple's iPhone has greatly contributed to the richness of mobile Internet applications. In order to allow more users to experience the convenience of the mobile Internet, the company has launched the Android smartphone operating system in conjunction with a number of mobile phone manufacturers. With the introduction of Android, the difficulty of designing intelligent terminals is greatly reduced. After seeing the great opportunities in the field of intelligent terminals, more and more enterprises are engaged in it. But how to seize this huge opportunity, Chinese enterprises are still groping. This paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis of Samsung Electronics, a giant of the electronics industry, from the perspective of comprehensive innovation management, and summarize its successful experiences from the encirclement of European, American and Japanese electronic enterprises. After analyzing the present situation of innovation management in Chinese enterprises, the paper points out the problems existing in the process of innovation and development, and provides some enlightenment for the development and growth of Chinese enterprises according to the successful experience of Samsung Electronics.
