【摘要】：分析我國(guó)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)當(dāng)前煤礦行業(yè)存在的員工待遇低下、知識(shí)老化嚴(yán)重、行業(yè)效益低等特點(diǎn),提出通過(guò)加強(qiáng)安全培訓(xùn)、完善安全考核等措施提高員工綜合素質(zhì),保證煤礦生產(chǎn)的安全性。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of coal mine safety production in our country, aiming at the characteristics of low treatment, serious aging of knowledge and low efficiency of coal mine industry, and puts forward some measures to improve the comprehensive quality of staff through strengthening safety training and perfecting safety assessment. Ensure the safety of coal mine production.
