【摘要】：本文是針對性對于電力公司A電力公司檢修人員長期培訓(xùn)的策劃研究。筆者選擇這個課題的原因是看中了電力公司與其它企業(yè)相比具有獨特性。對于電力公司來講,只有能制定具有可行性的培訓(xùn)計劃,以期取得高效率的培訓(xùn)效果,才能真正達(dá)到為電力公司培養(yǎng)合格的檢修技工的目的。同時筆者認(rèn)為,本文寫作的目的絕不僅僅在于此,更在于在企業(yè)內(nèi)部建立一個有效的培訓(xùn)策劃體系以優(yōu)化企業(yè)的管理工作,完善企業(yè)的管理結(jié)構(gòu),符合企業(yè)長期發(fā)展與利益戰(zhàn)略的條件。對A電力公司檢修人員的培訓(xùn)一方面能讓員工感受到企業(yè)對其重視,使員工產(chǎn)生強烈的自我認(rèn)同感,同時企業(yè)也通過這個途徑提高了自己勞動力的整體水平,提升了勞動者的素質(zhì)。這種互利雙贏的結(jié)果,會得到用工雙方共同的認(rèn)可,所以筆者認(rèn)為,本選題的研究對于電力公司的正常運行和國民經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)人才具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。正文分為五部分,并以七個章節(jié)展開：第一部分主要是介紹了以電力公司面臨的整體環(huán)境為基礎(chǔ),提出當(dāng)前A電力公司在對檢修人員培訓(xùn)過程中面臨的問題。第二部分指出本文擬使用的研究方法,重點為后文發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、解決問題打下基礎(chǔ)。第三部分是對A電力公司基本狀況分析,并針對性地指出培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,旨在為后文的培訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計打下伏筆。第四部分是具體給出A電力公司檢修人員的長期培訓(xùn)方案。第五部分是對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),概括總結(jié)A電力公司檢修人員的培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀、問題分析、長期培訓(xùn)的策劃思路及具體的策劃方案。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the research of planning for the maintenance personnel of A electric power company power company long-term training. The reason why I chose this topic is the use value of the electric power company and other enterprises are unique. For power companies, only to develop feasible training plan, in order to achieve high efficiency of the training effect, in order to truly achieve the maintenance training technicians qualified for the power company. At the same time the author believes that the purpose of this paper is not only writing in this, more is to establish an effective training system for planning to optimize enterprise management in the enterprise, improve the management structure of enterprises, in line with long-term development and the interests of the enterprise strategy of maintenance personnel A power conditions. The company's training on the one hand can make employees feel that enterprises pay more attention to it, so that employees have a strong sense of identity, but also by the enterprise The way to improve the overall level of their labor, improve the quality of workers. This kind of mutual benefit and win-win results, get employment mutual recognition, so the author believes that this research has important practical significance for the power company and the normal operation of the national economy sustainable development training. The text is divided into five parts, and to seven chapters: the first part mainly introduces the overall environment facing to the power company as the foundation, proposed the A power company in the face of maintenance personnel training process. The second part points out the method of study in this thesis, focusing on the problems found, lay the foundation to solve the problem. The third part is the analysis of the basic status of A electric power company, and pointed out that the existing problems in training, in order to design a training program for the foundation. The fourth part is to the body A long-term training plan for A electric power company's maintenance personnel is presented. The fifth part is the summary of the full text, summarizing the training status, problem analysis, long-term training plan and specific planning plan of A electric power company's maintenance personnel.
