豆制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化管理的探討與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)各領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,已逐步滲透到農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、交換、市場、消費(fèi)、分配以及農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個具體環(huán)節(jié),從而極大地提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平,提升農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)競爭力。特別是圍繞著農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)、科學(xué)化管理、信息化溯源等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)發(fā)揮著獨(dú)特的作用。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全問題關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)、生活和社會的穩(wěn)定,受到了社會的廣泛關(guān)注。如何保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的食品安全問題,也一直是國內(nèi)外各級政府的重要工作任務(wù)之一。保證農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)質(zhì)生產(chǎn)不但能夠增加農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和加工者的收入,而且能夠帶動其他行業(yè)如工業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是,近年來,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全問題仍然頻頻曝光,如農(nóng)藥殘留問題、包括雙氟磷、氟乙酰胺、毒鼠強(qiáng)、鹽酸克倫特羅等農(nóng)、獸藥引起的顯性中毒事件,另外,隱性中毒更是無法統(tǒng)計。研究證實(shí),人類常見的癌癥、畸形、抗藥性及某些中毒現(xiàn)象都與食物中的有害殘留有關(guān)。事實(shí)上,不安全農(nóng)產(chǎn)品給社會帶來的危害遠(yuǎn)不止健康問題,還對社會民生和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了極大的負(fù)面影響,引起了國內(nèi)和國外政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視。要杜絕此類事件的發(fā)生,必須在生產(chǎn)者、食品加工者等各環(huán)節(jié)對食品加工“以假亂真”、“以次充好”的現(xiàn)象實(shí)施源頭控制,建立起對食品安全進(jìn)行產(chǎn)地環(huán)境與生產(chǎn)過程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的控制,尤其是從原產(chǎn)地到市場流通全過程的信息管理控制,這對建立食品安全管理十分重要。本論文通過闡述農(nóng)業(yè)信息化在豆制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用概況、對提升企業(yè)競爭力的作用,分析了當(dāng)前豆制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在發(fā)展信息化進(jìn)程中面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn),提出解決豆制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)構(gòu)建信息化體系的方法與對策,并對未來農(nóng)業(yè)信息化對豆制品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展前景和發(fā)展方向提出了預(yù)測和展望。本文以祖名豆制品股份有限公司作為示范企業(yè)進(jìn)行研究,具體包括以下方面內(nèi)容:(1)豆制品加工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀:分析豆制品加工企業(yè)存在的問題,如工業(yè)化程度低,保質(zhì)期短、衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量差,產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度低,品質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定等:(2)信息化對豆制品示范企業(yè)的要求:包括軟硬件方面改革已達(dá)到適應(yīng)信息化的要求等;(3)農(nóng)業(yè)信息化在豆制品示范業(yè)中的應(yīng)用:通過利用祖名豆制品股份有限公司的ERP系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品原材料追溯系統(tǒng),借助現(xiàn)代計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和地理信息技術(shù),使得農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)信息化程度不斷提高:(4)信息化溯源管理方面研究:以原料溯源管理為例,研究信息化溯源管理在示范企業(yè)的應(yīng)用。各類信息技術(shù)進(jìn)入到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全溯源和防偽標(biāo)識等領(lǐng)域已成為當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)信息技術(shù)研究的熱點(diǎn),也是促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全和提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌的市場競爭力的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求和技術(shù)保障;(5)在關(guān)于延長食品保質(zhì)期限方面的研究:食品保質(zhì)期限長短一直以來是直接影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售流通環(huán)節(jié)的主要因素,本文通過多方面的調(diào)查,對提高食品保質(zhì)期進(jìn)行了多方面深入研究,利用高溫滅菌等方法,取得了一定的成果,提高了真空包裝、利樂裝產(chǎn)品的保質(zhì)期限,增加了示范企業(yè)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售市場,提高了企業(yè)的市場競爭力;(6)信息化對提升豆制品加工業(yè)的作用:利用信息化技術(shù),使得豆制品生產(chǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);⒐I(yè)化、加工機(jī)械化,加工設(shè)備和產(chǎn)品包裝現(xiàn)代化,為豆制品未來發(fā)展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology, information technology has been widely used in the fields of agriculture, has gradually penetrated into agricultural production, exchange, market, consumption, distribution and specific aspects of agricultural economic development, thus greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural production and agricultural production level, enhance the competitiveness of agricultural production enterprises. The research shows that, the common human cancer, malformation, resistance the resistance and some phenomena are harmful and toxic residues in food. In fact, the harm is not safe agricultural products brought to society far more health problems, but also has great negative effects on the social and economic development, has caused the domestic and foreign government attaches great importance to the leadership. To prevent such incidents from happening, must in various areas of food producers, processors and so on food processing real, shoddy phenomenon in the implementation of source control, set up production environment and production process of food safety standards The control, especially from the origin to the market circulation information management control of the whole process, it is very important to the establishment of food safety management. This paper expounds the application of agricultural information in the soybean production enterprises, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, analyzed the current situation of soybean production enterprises are facing in the development in the process of informatization the problems and challenges, put forward ways and Countermeasures of soybean production enterprises to construct information system, and forecast the future of agricultural informatization development prospects of soybean production enterprises and the development direction. The shelf life of Tetra Pak packing products, increase the demonstration enterprise of agricultural product market, improve the market competitiveness of enterprises; (6) the role of information technology to enhance the soy processing industry: the use of information technology, the production of bean products to achieve scale, industrialization, processing machinery, processing equipment and product packaging modernization, as specified the direction of the future development of bean products.
