【摘要】：我國的移動終端市場在通信運營商、設(shè)備制造商、操作系統(tǒng)廠家和用戶應用程序市場的聯(lián)合催化下,正以前所未有的速度發(fā)展。但我國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)依然面臨著諸多的問題：市場占有率提高但是盈利能力不強,核心技術(shù)缺失,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完整,產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)不健全。科學、合理的制定中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標、總體戰(zhàn)略、發(fā)展模式,對中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)健康,快速的發(fā)展,具有重要的指導意義。 本文通過對中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)的外部環(huán)境,包括政治和政策環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟環(huán)境,消費者行為,技術(shù)環(huán)境進行總結(jié),運用SCP結(jié)構(gòu)對中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu),市場行為和市場績效進行分析,基于SWOT分析,結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟時代的創(chuàng)新理論,全球價值鏈的理論,對中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略進行了分析研究。中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略是目標總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略闡述為產(chǎn)業(yè)形成健康發(fā)展、協(xié)調(diào)推進的基本格局,作為新一代信息技術(shù)一部分的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。創(chuàng)新能力大幅提升,掌握一批關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù),在局部領(lǐng)域達到世界領(lǐng)先水平。形成一批具有國際影響力的大企業(yè)和一批創(chuàng)新活力旺盛的中小企業(yè)。建成產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈完善、創(chuàng)新能力強、特色鮮明的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)。產(chǎn)業(yè)整體創(chuàng)新能力和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平達到世界先進水平�？傮w戰(zhàn)略宜采用混合型的戰(zhàn)略,增長型戰(zhàn)略、穩(wěn)健性戰(zhàn)略和緊縮性戰(zhàn)略綜合使用。在發(fā)展模式上,要把增強自主創(chuàng)新能力作為產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展模式；建立大中小企業(yè)間合理的分工協(xié)作作為產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的發(fā)展模式；建立吸納和運用全球資源作為產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的發(fā)展模式；利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟集聚效應,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚競爭力的發(fā)展模式；同時在發(fā)展重點上,中國移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)以4G和移動互聯(lián)為契機,穩(wěn)固在中低端市場的地位,堅持實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品向高端市場發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸到高附加值領(lǐng)域,健全產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng),建立強大產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的立體發(fā)展路徑,以促進整個產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速、健康發(fā)展。 文章最后建議要加大寬帶等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),重視建立專利共享機制,注意發(fā)展應用創(chuàng)新,關(guān)注消費者信息保護,這些措施,將更好的促使中國的移動終端產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The mobile terminal market in China is under the joint catalysis of communication operators, equipment manufacturers, operating system manufacturers and user application markets. The mobile terminal industry of our country is developing at an unprecedented speed. However, the mobile terminal industry in our country still faces many problems: the market share is increased but the profitability is not strong, the core technology is missing, the industrial chain is not complete, the industrial ecosystem is not perfect. It is of great significance for China's mobile terminal industry to make a reasonable strategic goal, overall strategy and development model for the healthy and rapid development of China's mobile terminal industry. This paper summarizes the external environment of China's mobile terminal industry, including political and policy environment, economic environment, consumer behavior, technology environment, and applies SCP structure to the market structure of China's mobile terminal industry. Market behavior and market performance analysis, based on SWOT analysis, combined with the innovation theory of the era of network economy, the theory of global value chain, This paper analyzes and studies the strategy of China's mobile terminal industry. The strategy of China's mobile terminal industry is the basic pattern of the overall development strategy for the formation of a healthy and coordinated development of the industry. The mobile terminal industry, which is a part of the new generation of information technology, has become the pillar industry of the national economy. To reach the world leading level in some areas. The overall strategy should adopt a mixed strategy and a growth-type strategy. In the development mode, we should take the enhancement of independent innovation ability as the development mode of industrial technology, establish a reasonable division of labor and cooperation between large, medium and small enterprises as the development mode of industrial organization. To establish the development model of absorbing and using global resources as industrial resources; to utilize the agglomeration effect of network economy to realize the development mode of industrial agglomeration competitiveness; at the same time, in terms of development focus, China mobile terminal industry takes 4G and mobile interconnection as the turning point.
