【摘要】：經(jīng)過(guò)八年物流業(yè)務(wù)模式的革新,HH公司形成了具有自身特色的第四方物流業(yè)務(wù)模式,隨著HH公司供應(yīng)鏈資源整合業(yè)務(wù)量激增及業(yè)務(wù)范圍向上下游的延伸,特別是在黑色金屬行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈資源整合業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展過(guò)程中,為提高供應(yīng)鏈整體的運(yùn)營(yíng)績(jī)效及適應(yīng)供應(yīng)鏈電子商務(wù)化,要求信息的及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性,同時(shí)更要求數(shù)據(jù)在供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同企業(yè)間和HH公司內(nèi)部高度共享,所涉及的業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程一體化的要求也越來(lái)越高。階段性的為支撐不同業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo),企業(yè)內(nèi)部不同部門及子公司、不同供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)作單位建設(shè)的孤立信息管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不能滿足供應(yīng)鏈資源整合的需要。 HH公司希望通過(guò)構(gòu)建基于SOA技術(shù)架構(gòu)的一體化供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)集成消除業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)信息孤島,將原有的貿(mào)易、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、物流、財(cái)務(wù)、租賃、采購(gòu)、結(jié)算等系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程、服務(wù)進(jìn)行有效集成,打通從采購(gòu)到分銷、下單到配送,融資到結(jié)算等業(yè)務(wù)流程,并實(shí)現(xiàn)跨業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、跨分子公司、跨企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈執(zhí)行體系,并通過(guò)企業(yè)門戶與B2B電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)分別開(kāi)放給內(nèi)部和供應(yīng)鏈參與者使用。使廣大的鋼鐵貿(mào)易企業(yè)、鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、鋼鐵原料供應(yīng)商都能夠獲得統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化服務(wù),從中發(fā)現(xiàn)并獲得新的商業(yè)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After eight years of innovation of logistics business model, HH Company has formed its own unique fourth party logistics business model. With the proliferation of supply chain resources integration business volume and the extension of business scope to upstream and downstream, Especially in the process of supply chain resource integration in ferrous metal industry, in order to improve the overall operation performance of supply chain and adapt to supply chain e-commerce, the timeliness and accuracy of information are required. At the same time, the data must be highly shared among supply chain cooperation enterprises and HH company, and the business links involved in the business process integration requirements are also higher and higher. In order to support different business objectives, The isolated information management system built by different departments and subsidiaries and different supply chain cooperation units can no longer meet the needs of supply chain resource integration. HH Company hopes to build an integrated supply chain business platform based on SOA technology framework, eliminate the isolated island of business system information through system integration, and put the original trade, warehousing, logistics, finance, leasing, procurement, and the original trade, warehousing, logistics, finance, leasing, procurement, Effective integration of business processes, services, from procurement to distribution, order to distribution, financing to settlement, and implementation of supply chain execution systems across business systems, sub-subsidiaries, and enterprises, etc. And through the enterprise portal and B2B e-commerce platform respectively open to internal and supply chain participants to use, so that the vast number of iron and steel trading enterprises, steel production enterprises, steel raw materials suppliers can obtain unified standardization services, Discover and gain new commercial value from it.
