基于PLM的海爾家電產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理模式研究

【摘要】:目前家電行業(yè)已經(jīng)形成從產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設計、實驗測試、制造運營到售后等環(huán)節(jié)組成的較為完善的制造體系。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維和平臺經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,家電產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)進入向智能化方向的發(fā)展的時代,,用戶對產(chǎn)品的要求越來越高,產(chǎn)品功能不再是單一的滿足用戶的基本需要,而是要滿足時代智能化和用戶個性化服務的要求。加上國外家電品牌商已經(jīng)在中國當?shù)鼗邪l(fā)和生產(chǎn),使家電產(chǎn)品的競爭格局更加激烈,產(chǎn)品競爭力逐漸地體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的管理模式上,因此對產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理模式的研究有非常重要的意義。 本文試圖通過海爾家電產(chǎn)品研究管理的流程節(jié)點上進行研究,來探討家電制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)模式管理的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)變。研究內(nèi)容主要以產(chǎn)品PLM全生命周期模型為基礎,重點對產(chǎn)品企劃、研發(fā)和產(chǎn)品的模塊化等方面進行詳細分析。在研發(fā)模式和流程方面,闡述研發(fā)管理模式由原來節(jié)點式研發(fā)模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛赑LM的全流程交互式平臺研發(fā)管理模式,并結(jié)合3D打印新技術、大數(shù)據(jù)、平臺經(jīng)濟等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的應用,進一步說明其研發(fā)流程的創(chuàng)新點;在產(chǎn)品的模塊化方面,闡述家電產(chǎn)品模塊化的發(fā)展和應用,實現(xiàn)和完善產(chǎn)品的模塊化系列布局、模塊化設計、模塊化制造及動態(tài)持續(xù)優(yōu)化的模塊化供應商漏斗機制。最后提出研發(fā)管理的后續(xù)發(fā)展方向。使研發(fā)管理模式更加符合企業(yè)的實際情況,并支持企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位。 海爾作為世界白色家電行業(yè)的領跑者,研發(fā)管理模式的優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新,體現(xiàn)在企業(yè)與用戶之間的網(wǎng)絡化零距離和的交互創(chuàng)新,使用戶被動接受產(chǎn)品到用戶主動參入產(chǎn)品全流程的體驗,通過對海爾家電研發(fā)管理的模式研究,對于制造類企業(yè),在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程上有非常重要的借鑒和參考意義,能夠使研發(fā)出來的產(chǎn)品滿足用戶的需求,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的綜合市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:At present, the household appliance industry has formed a relatively perfect manufacturing system from product development and design, experimental testing, manufacturing operation to after-sale. With the development of Internet thinking and platform economy, Household electrical appliances have entered the direction of intelligent development era, the user demand for the product is higher and higher, the product function is no longer a single to meet the basic needs of users, It is to meet the requirements of intelligent and personalized services of the times. Besides, foreign home appliance brands have developed and produced locally in China, which has made the competition for household appliances more intense. Product competitiveness is gradually reflected in the management mode of product research and development, so it is of great significance to study the management mode of product development. This paper attempts to explore the development and transformation of the product development model management in the household appliance manufacturing industry through the research on the process node of Haier household appliances research and management. The research content is mainly based on the full life cycle model of product PLM. Focus on product planning, research and development and product modularization and other aspects of the detailed analysis. This paper expounds the change of R & D management mode from the original node R & D mode to the whole process interactive platform R & D management mode based on PLM, and the application of Internet thinking such as new 3D printing technology, big data, platform economy, etc. To further explain the innovation of its R & D process, to elaborate the development and application of modularization of household appliances, to realize and perfect the modular series layout, and to design modularized products in terms of product modularization. Modular manufacturing and dynamic continuous optimization of modular supplier funnel mechanism. Finally, the development direction of R & D management is put forward, which makes the R & D management model more in line with the actual situation of the enterprise and supports the strategic positioning of the enterprise. Haier is the world leader in white goods industry. The optimization and innovation of R & D management mode is reflected in the interactive innovation of network zero distance sum between enterprises and users. Through the research on the model of Haier household appliance R & D management, it has very important reference and reference significance for manufacturing enterprises in the process of product research and development. Can make the product developed to meet the needs of users, to achieve the comprehensive market competitiveness of products.
