【摘要】：近年來,河鋼集團(tuán)工作突出,成績(jī)顯著,多次受到中國(guó)鋼鐵工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)等上級(jí)有關(guān)部門表彰,特別是資金管理模式創(chuàng)新及其效果已得到媒體和業(yè)界的一致肯定。2014年,在鋼鐵行業(yè)資金緊張、財(cái)務(wù)費(fèi)用大幅上升的情況下,河鋼集團(tuán)由于實(shí)施了資金管理模式創(chuàng)新,不僅沒有增加貸款,還償還了30億元貸款,同時(shí)優(yōu)化了債務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),降低了融資成本、資金管理,創(chuàng)效25億元,使集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)11.28億元,較上年增加8.22億元,他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得鋼鐵企業(yè)特別是特大型鋼鐵集團(tuán)參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, he Steel Group has been outstanding in its work and outstanding achievements. It has been commended by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and other higher authorities for many times. In particular, the innovation of the fund management model and its effect have been unanimously affirmed by the media and the industry. In 2014, Under the circumstance that the iron and steel industry is short of funds and the financial expenses are rising substantially, because he Steel Group has implemented the innovation of capital management mode, it has not only not increased its loans, but also repaid 3 billion yuan of loans, and at the same time, it has optimized the debt structure. It has reduced the financing cost, capital management, and created 2.5 billion yuan, so that the group realized a profit of one billion one hundred and twenty-eight million yuan, an increase of 822 million yuan over the previous year. Their experience is worthy of reference by iron and steel enterprises, especially large iron and steel groups.
