【摘要】：在戰(zhàn)爭年代,所有人類的最前沿的科技成果、傾國的財力物力支持全部用于創(chuàng)造先進(jìn)的軍事裝備、配置國防設(shè)施、乃至直接應(yīng)用于戰(zhàn)場。這一階段往往是人類的科技發(fā)展最快的階段。 而在大多數(shù)的和平年代,這些人類最優(yōu)質(zhì)的科技及人力、物力、財力資源一定會優(yōu)先配置在最關(guān)乎人類本身的生命健康領(lǐng)域。這一領(lǐng)域指的就是醫(yī)藥和醫(yī)療儀器。在這一領(lǐng)域,除了國際貿(mào)易額基數(shù)龐大之外,更吸引業(yè)界和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界的是國際市場20%-25%的復(fù)合增長率。 作者就職于醫(yī)療儀器行業(yè),從專業(yè)方向和職業(yè)經(jīng)歷兩方面切身感覺對到醫(yī)療儀器的國際貿(mào)易的研究很具現(xiàn)實意義。經(jīng)過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,發(fā)現(xiàn)這方面的研究少之又少,故選擇了這一論題。本文首先用圖標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)了國產(chǎn)醫(yī)療儀器的國際貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀,從作者的觀點列出了業(yè)界目前存在的主要問題。并提出了應(yīng)該從哪些方面解決這些問題。 首先,本文參考邁克爾。波特的相關(guān)觀點,分別從如下這幾個方面分析醫(yī)療儀器的國際競爭力：生產(chǎn)要素方面、需求條件方面、相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)和支持產(chǎn)業(yè)方面、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略方面、政府和機(jī)遇方面。并從上述每個方面具體分析如何解決實際問題。 其次,本文從幾個方面提出國際貿(mào)易的認(rèn)證壁壘概念,并從最重要的市場準(zhǔn)入和社會責(zé)任兩個方面分析我們面對的問題和分析其解決的方案。 最后,本文提出了醫(yī)療儀器行業(yè)應(yīng)如何面對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)國際化的大趨勢,并分析其現(xiàn)狀同時提出了切實可行解決方案。
[Abstract]:During the war years, the most advanced scientific and technological achievements of all mankind, and the financial and material support of the country, were all used to create advanced military equipment and to deploy national defense facilities. Even directly applied to the battlefield. This stage is often the fastest-growing stage of human science and technology. And in most times of peace, these are the best technologies, human and material resources, Financial resources must be prioritized in the areas of life and health that are most relevant to humanity itself. This refers to medicine and medical devices. In this area, in addition to the huge base of international trade, More attractive to the industry and economic circles is the international market 20-25% compound growth rate. The author works in the medical instrument profession, from the professional direction and the profession experience two aspects personal feeling to the medical instrument international trade research is very practical significance. After consulting a lot of literature, it is found that the research in this field is very few. Therefore, this thesis chooses this topic. Firstly, this paper presents the status of international trade in domestic medical instruments by using icons, lists the main problems existing in the industry from the author's point of view, and puts forward how to solve these problems. First of all, referring to Michael Porter's related viewpoints, this paper analyzes the international competitiveness of medical instruments from the following aspects: factors of production, demand conditions, related industries and support industries, corporate strategy. Government and opportunity. And from each of the above aspects of the specific analysis of how to solve practical problems. Secondly, this paper puts forward the concept of certification barriers in international trade from several aspects, and analyzes the problems we face and the solutions from the most important aspects of market access and social responsibility. Finally, this paper puts forward how the medical instrument industry should face the trend of intellectual property internationalization, and analyzes its present situation and puts forward practical solutions.
