【摘要】：我國是世界上重要的能源消費(fèi)大國之一,隨著改革開放的持續(xù)深入,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了高速增長時期,同時能源需求也在不斷提高,從上世紀(jì)末開始,我國的能源生產(chǎn)逐步由出口轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫M(jìn)口,能源特別是煤炭和石油的供給嚴(yán)重不足。為了保證我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行安全,滿足市場上的能源需求,國家開始關(guān)注國際能源市場,制定了一些相關(guān)的措施來鼓勵我國的能源企業(yè),走出國門,進(jìn)行跨國投資與經(jīng)營,大力發(fā)展煤炭能源貿(mào)易以保障我國充足的能源供給。能源企業(yè)國際化的趨勢逐漸顯現(xiàn),。在國家政策的推動下,我國許多煤炭能源企業(yè)例如兗礦、神華等都紛紛制定了自己的國際化發(fā)展規(guī)劃,進(jìn)軍國際煤炭能源市場,參與國際煤炭能源的合作與開發(fā)。本文在國際化相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了平煤神馬集團(tuán)國際化的現(xiàn)狀,分析了其國際化的歷程和經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀；其次具體分析了平煤神馬集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的海外環(huán)境、國內(nèi)環(huán)境以及行業(yè)環(huán)境,運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對平煤神馬集團(tuán)的國際化戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了剖析,認(rèn)為平煤神馬集團(tuán)具有多元化經(jīng)營、大型礦產(chǎn)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗、市場判斷力強(qiáng)、管理模式較為成熟的優(yōu)勢,但同時也面臨著國際化人才匱乏,跨國經(jīng)營水平低等問題,從隱性和顯性兩個層面分析平煤神馬集團(tuán)國際化戰(zhàn)略的實施,研究了其國際化過程中的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)等風(fēng)險；文章最后研究了平煤神馬集團(tuán)國際化戰(zhàn)略體系的構(gòu)建,主要從四個方面展開,具體包括：平煤神馬集團(tuán)國際化戰(zhàn)略體系構(gòu)建的原則、國際化戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和方式的選擇、國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體內(nèi)容和國際化戰(zhàn)略的具體實施措施。通過本文的分析研究,有助于平煤神馬集團(tuán)根據(jù)集團(tuán)自身發(fā)展的實際情況,找準(zhǔn)企業(yè)國際化的發(fā)展方向,并且制定科學(xué)的國際化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時也可以為其他能源企業(yè)的國際化進(jìn)程提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:China is one of the world's most important energy consuming country, along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy has entered a period of rapid growth, while the energy demand is also rising, from the end of last century, China's energy production gradually changing from export to import, energy especially coal and oil supply a serious shortage. In order to ensure safe operation of our national economy, meet the market demand for energy, countries began to focus on the international energy market, made some relevant measures to encourage China's energy enterprises, out of the country, transnational investment and management, vigorously develop coal energy trade to ensure that our sufficient energy supply. Energy enterprise internationalization trend gradually,. Under the impetus of national policy, many enterprises in China such as Yanzhou coal, Shenhua international have developed their own development plan, Enter the international coal market, participate in international cooperation and development of coal energy. In this paper based on the related theories of internationalization, analyzes the status quo of Pingdingshan Coal Group what internationalization, analyzes the process and operation status of the internationalization; secondly analyses the Pingdingshan coal industry group of god horse overseas environment, the domestic environment and the industry environment, using the SWOT analysis method of Pingdingshan Coal Group what the internationalization strategy is analyzed, think what the Pingdingshan Coal Group has diversified, large-scale mineral development experience, strong market sense, the management mode of the advantages of a more mature, but also facing the international talent shortage, low level of transnational business, analysis of the implementation of Pingdingshan what group of internationalization strategy from two aspects of implicit and explicit, to study the process of internationalization of the political, economic and technical risks; the most After the construction of the system of international strategy what Pingdingshan Coal Group, mainly from four aspects, including: the construction of the system of international strategy of Pingdingshan Coal Group what the principle of international strategic objectives and methods of selection, concrete measures to implement the internationalization development strategy and the specific content of the internationalization strategy. Through the analysis and research, practical helpful to the Pingdingshan Coal Group according to what the group's own development, the development direction of enterprise internationalization and identify, develop international scientific development strategy, but also can provide some reference for the internationalization of other energy companies.
