【摘要】:建筑業(yè)作為我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,在為我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出突出貢獻的同時,也消耗了大量的資源和能源,對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了一些負面影響。因此,建筑行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略推廣刻不容緩。要實現(xiàn)建筑行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,就必須要對建筑工程項目的整個流程進行嚴格管理,而施工階段是建筑工程項目中最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),該環(huán)節(jié)與周圍環(huán)境的聯(lián)系最為密切,是實踐建筑業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的關(guān)鍵所在。綠色施工就是在其中發(fā)展出來的一種施工理念,該理念的核心就是要實現(xiàn)建筑相關(guān)資源的高效利用,通過低能耗的建設(shè)過程實現(xiàn)與環(huán)境的和諧共處。所以,建筑行業(yè)在施工階段踐行可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念的關(guān)鍵就是如何踐行綠色施工,而具備科學性和可操作性的評價體系則能夠為綠色施工的發(fā)展提供標準和規(guī)范,將極大地促進綠色施工流程的發(fā)展,對于建筑行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文結(jié)合我國建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展實際,借鑒國內(nèi)外先進的綠色建筑評價指標體系的經(jīng)驗,建立起一套相對完備,且具備實用價值的綠色建筑評價指標體系,以期通過這一體系劃定建筑工程的等級,推動我國綠色施工的進步。其主要內(nèi)容有:(1)以建筑工程的綠色施工為基礎(chǔ),在深入研究綠色施工的概念、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵和綜合評定方法的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出綠色施工的體系內(nèi)核,即“四節(jié)一環(huán)保”和綠色施工管理,并對其中的每一個重要方面進行了深入的分析。(2)從國內(nèi)外綠色建筑評價體系的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、指標內(nèi)涵和評定結(jié)果入手,系統(tǒng)分析了建筑施工過程中的“非環(huán)!币蛩,綜合我國的建筑行業(yè)的施工特點和國內(nèi)的建筑規(guī)范要求,從“四節(jié)一環(huán)保”和施工管理的角度構(gòu)建起了完備的綠色施工評價指標體系。(3)由于綠色施工的過程涉及項目較多,影響因素廣泛,評定層次復雜,所以該體系也是一個綜合性較強的系統(tǒng),本文將研究得到的綠色施工評價指標體系和相應(yīng)模型,以金雞小區(qū)B地塊的工程為例,進行了應(yīng)用化的分析,以此驗證本文的指標體系的合理性和應(yīng)用能力。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillar industries in China, the construction industry has made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country, but also consumed a lot of resources and energy, which has had some negative effects on the environment. In order to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry, we must strictly manage the whole process of the construction project. The construction stage is the most important link in the construction project, which is most closely related to the surrounding environment. Green construction is a construction concept developed in the construction industry. The core of the concept is to realize the efficient use of building related resources. Through the construction process of low energy consumption to achieve harmonious coexistence with the environment, therefore, the key to implement the concept of sustainable development in the construction stage of the construction industry is how to practice green construction. The scientific and operational evaluation system can provide standards and norms for the development of green construction, and will greatly promote the development of green construction process. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of the construction industry. This paper combines the development practice of the construction industry in our country, draws lessons from the experience of the advanced evaluation index system of the green building at home and abroad, and establishes a set of relatively complete, And the evaluation index system of green building with practical value, with a view to delimiting the grade of construction project and promoting the progress of green construction in our country through this system, the main content of which is: 1) based on the green construction of building engineering. On the basis of deeply studying the concept of green construction, the connotation of sustainable development and the comprehensive evaluation method, this paper summarizes the system kernel of green construction, that is, "four sections and one environmental protection" and green construction management. This paper also makes a deep analysis of every important aspect of it. (2) starting with the development, index connotation and evaluation results of the evaluation system of green building at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyzes the "non-environmental protection" factors in the process of building construction. Based on the construction characteristics of the construction industry in China and the requirements of the domestic building codes, a complete evaluation index system of green construction has been constructed from the point of view of "four sections and one environmental protection" and construction management.) because the process of green construction involves more projects, there are many projects involved in the process of green construction. The influence factors are extensive and the evaluation level is complex, so the system is also a comprehensive system. This paper will study the green construction evaluation index system and the corresponding model, taking the project of Jinji plot B as an example. The application analysis is carried out to verify the rationality and application ability of the index system.
