【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，知識在企業(yè)中的地位越來越高，逐漸成為企業(yè)最核心、最寶貴的資源，因此，21世紀(jì)被人們稱為知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代。知識管理成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理過程中的有效工具，幫助企業(yè)獲取和維護(hù)核心競爭力、保持市場競爭優(yōu)勢。知識管理體系是企業(yè)開展知識管理工作的重要平臺，企業(yè)知識管理水平和成熟度的提高有賴于知識管理體系的建立和完善。 航天一院屬于知識密集型組織，其型號產(chǎn)品具有研制過程復(fù)雜、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量要求極高的特點(diǎn)，在研制過程中需要大量的知識資源作為支撐，因此知識管理對航天一院型號產(chǎn)品研制具有非常重要作用。如何通過建立合理、有效的知識管理體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)知識在組織內(nèi)部有效的傳遞、共享和應(yīng)用，從而提高型號產(chǎn)品的研制速度和質(zhì)量水平，是當(dāng)前航天一院亟待解決的問題。 本文對航天一院的知識管理體系進(jìn)行了研究。首先，在知識管理文獻(xiàn)綜述和知識管理理論和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上，本文對航天一院的知識管理狀況進(jìn)行了剖析，并對航天一院當(dāng)前知識管理工作中存在問題進(jìn)行了論述，指出了設(shè)計有效知識管理體系的必要性。隨后，本文設(shè)計了知識管理體系的總體框架，分析了知識管理基礎(chǔ)體系和知識管理保障體系之間的關(guān)系，，并分別對各體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。最后，本文提出了知識管理體系建設(shè)實(shí)施的具體方案。 本文對航天一院的知識管理體系的研究將有助于提高航天一院整體知識管理水平，增強(qiáng)航天一院的核心能力和競爭優(yōu)勢，并為國內(nèi)其他航天企業(yè)的知識管理工作提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, knowledge is becoming the most important and precious resource in the enterprise. Therefore, the 21st century is called the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge management has become an effective tool in the process of enterprise management and helps enterprises acquire and maintain their core competitiveness. Knowledge management system is an important platform for enterprises to carry out knowledge management. The improvement of enterprise knowledge management level and maturity depends on the establishment and improvement of knowledge management system. The first Academy of Aerospace is a knowledge-intensive organization, and its model products have the characteristics of complex development process, high requirements for progress and quality, and a large number of knowledge resources are required to support the development process. Therefore, knowledge management plays a very important role in the research and development of aerospace products. How to achieve the effective transfer, sharing and application of knowledge within the organization through the establishment of a reasonable and effective knowledge management system, To improve the development speed and quality level of the model products is the urgent problem to be solved by the first Aerospace Institute. This paper studies the knowledge management system of the first Institute of Aerospace. Firstly, on the basis of the literature review of knowledge management and the theory and application of knowledge management, this paper analyzes the status of knowledge management in the first Institute of Aerospace. The problems existing in the current knowledge management work of the first Institute of Aerospace are discussed, and the necessity of designing an effective knowledge management system is pointed out. Then, the general framework of the knowledge management system is designed. This paper analyzes the relationship between the basic system of knowledge management and the guarantee system of knowledge management, and designs each system separately. Finally, this paper puts forward the concrete scheme of the construction and implementation of the knowledge management system. The study of the knowledge management system of the first Institute of Aerospace will help to improve the overall knowledge management level of the first Institute of Aerospace and enhance the core competence and competitive advantage of the first Institute of Aerospace. And provide reference and reference for the knowledge management work of other domestic spaceflight enterprises.
