【摘要】：隨著國(guó)企改革的逐步深化,航天環(huán)境工程有限公司正從一個(gè)具有研究院背景相對(duì)封閉保守且具有研究性質(zhì)的科研單位,向激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中挺近,面對(duì)快速擴(kuò)大的企業(yè)規(guī)模和殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及良好的行業(yè)發(fā)展前景,如何適應(yīng)環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)跨越式的發(fā)展要求,需要公司加快和完善發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究與實(shí)施,公司高層面臨和需要克服的問(wèn)題就是要抓住環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)近十年難得一遇的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,利用國(guó)家的政策利好和人民群眾對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)的不斷提高,結(jié)合公司的實(shí)際情況,加強(qiáng)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,制定出一套與自身實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合的公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步完善公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和提升公司的管理和治理結(jié)構(gòu),在今后五到十年內(nèi),通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施來(lái)提升公司各個(gè)方面的管理水平,從而促進(jìn)公司在經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)、技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)、工程管理等各個(gè)方面又好又快的發(fā)展,都具有非常重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文根據(jù)煙氣脫硫脫硝行業(yè)的相關(guān)專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)以及對(duì)電力行業(yè)發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行分析,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,并運(yùn)用所學(xué)的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型以及SWOT分析模型,結(jié)合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)知識(shí),以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)脫硫脫硝的行業(yè)變化,分析我公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等,對(duì)我公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的分析,并提出公司在國(guó)家新的政策環(huán)境下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境下,只要經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,如不加大環(huán)保力度,環(huán)境污染就會(huì)越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,而且隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,人們對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)和提升環(huán)境質(zhì)量的愿望和要求會(huì)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,因此環(huán)保市場(chǎng)前景會(huì)更加廣闊,公司環(huán)保技術(shù)單一,市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域單一等已成為制約公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要因素,因此,航天環(huán)境工程有限公司必須以氣動(dòng)脫硫脫硝技術(shù)為依托,加快相關(guān)煙氣治理技術(shù)的研發(fā),使公司能夠在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握更多新的與國(guó)家政策相吻合的環(huán)保技術(shù),加快環(huán)保技術(shù)的多元化發(fā)展,努力打造國(guó)內(nèi)一流的環(huán)保工程公司。本文最后從公司環(huán)保技術(shù)規(guī)劃、公司的管控模式、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化建設(shè),以及資本運(yùn)作、信息化管理等方面提出了一些建議,將會(huì)在環(huán)保市場(chǎng)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,對(duì)公司的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, Aerospace Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. is moving from a research institute with a relatively closed and conservative background and a research nature to a very close market competition. In the face of the rapid expansion of enterprise scale, cruel market competition and good industry development prospects, how to adapt to the development requirements of environmental protection industry by leaps and bounds requires the company to speed up and perfect the research and implementation of development strategy. The problems facing and to be overcome by the senior executives of the company are to seize the rare opportunity for the development of the environmental protection industry in the past ten years, to take advantage of the national policies and the continuous improvement of the people's awareness of environmental protection, and to combine with the actual situation of the company. Strengthen the research of the company's development strategy, formulate a set of company development strategy which is combined with its own actual situation. In order to further improve the company's development strategy and enhance the company's management and governance structure, in the next five to ten years, Through the effective implementation of the strategy to improve the management level of all aspects of the company, thereby promoting the company in business indicators, technical structure, engineering management and other aspects of good and rapid development, According to the relevant professional data of flue gas desulphurization and denitrification industry and the development prospect of electric power industry, this paper analyzes the development prospect of power industry, combines theory with practice, and applies the industry competition model and SWOT analysis model. Based on the knowledge of enterprise strategic management and the changes of domestic desulphurization and denitrification industry at present, the development environment and competitiveness of our company are analyzed, and the development strategy of our company is analyzed systematically. And put forward the development strategy of the company under the new national policy environment. This paper concludes that under the macro environment of rapid development of national economy, environmental pollution will become more and more serious as long as the rapid economic development, if not increasing the intensity of environmental protection, And with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's desire and demand for environmental protection and environmental quality will become stronger and stronger. Therefore, the market prospects for environmental protection will be wider and the company will have a single environmental protection technology. The single market field has become the main factor restricting the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, the Aerospace Environment Engineering Co., Ltd. must rely on the pneumatic desulfurization and denitrification technology to speed up the research and development of the relevant flue gas treatment technology. To enable the company to master more new environmental protection technologies consistent with national policies in a relatively short period of time, accelerate the diversified development of environmental protection technologies, and strive to build domestic first-class environmental protection engineering companies. The company's management mode, human resources management, corporate culture construction, capital operation, information management, and so on, put forward some suggestions, which will be in the environment of fierce competition in the environmental protection market. For the long-term development of the company has practical significance.
