【摘要】：張謇、張靜江是近代中國(guó)兩位分屬不同世代的著名經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)干家,但二人都在日本侵略中國(guó)這一宏觀歷史因素的刺激、干擾與影響下提出和施行了各自的工業(yè)化方略。張謇的工業(yè)化方略要求優(yōu)先發(fā)展中國(guó)的棉紡織業(yè)和鋼鐵工業(yè),張靜江的工業(yè)化方略則主張優(yōu)先發(fā)展中國(guó)的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),其根本目的都是希望借助一種重點(diǎn)突破、循序漸進(jìn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展策略來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的繁榮富強(qiáng)。兩者在本質(zhì)上既與發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的不平衡增長(zhǎng)理論不謀而合,又體現(xiàn)了發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中強(qiáng)調(diào)農(nóng)業(yè)與工業(yè)要相互促進(jìn)、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的廣義工業(yè)化概念。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jian and Zhang Jingjiang are two famous economic doers of different generations in modern China, but both were stimulated by the macroscopic historical factor of Japan's invasion of China. Under the interference and influence, the respective industrialization strategies are put forward and implemented. Zhang Jian's industrialization strategy calls for giving priority to the development of China's textile industry and iron and steel industry, while Zhang Jingjiang's industrialization strategy advocates giving priority to the development of China's basic industries. Their fundamental purpose is to realize the prosperity and strength of China by means of a key breakthrough and a gradual economic development strategy. In essence, both of them coincide with the theory of unbalanced growth in development economics. It also embodies the concept of broad industrialization in development economics, which emphasizes that agriculture and industry should promote each other and develop harmoniously.
