【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)醫(yī)改政策的不斷深化，，我國(guó)政府對(duì)農(nóng)村基層市場(chǎng)以及社區(qū)基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)投入了大量的資金，我國(guó)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)目持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)，這種穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)將帶來(lái)大量醫(yī)療基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的資金投入，醫(yī)療器械作為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施中的重要組成部分之一，必然會(huì)使整個(gè)醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)擴(kuò)容，直接為醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)帶來(lái)更多的收益。 貝朗醫(yī)療器械北京公司是一家德國(guó)醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)，貝朗醫(yī)療器械北京公司要想在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得優(yōu)勢(shì)，就必須把握內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的變化，認(rèn)清企業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，以及面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上制定出適合貝朗公司發(fā)展的新戰(zhàn)略，擴(kuò)大企業(yè)市場(chǎng)占有率。 研究主要內(nèi)容有：第1章為緒論，提出論文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法以及論文創(chuàng)新之處。第2章貝朗公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析，主要從公司發(fā)展歷史和公司內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析。第3章貝朗公司外部環(huán)境分析，首先對(duì)貝朗公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境、醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，從而制定出適合貝朗公司發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略組合。第4章明確了公司戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)后，為貝朗公司制定戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展新方案。第5章貝朗公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施，確保戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。第6章分析了我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題，借鑒貝朗公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)成功之道，提出我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策，幫助我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)提高國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)占有率。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of our medical reform policy, our government has invested a lot of funds into the rural grassroots market and the construction of community primary medical institutions, and the number of medical institutions in our country has continued to grow. This steady growth trend will bring a large amount of investment in medical infrastructure. As an important part of the infrastructure, medical devices will inevitably expand the capacity of the entire medical device industry. Directly for the medical device enterprises to bring more revenue. Beilang Medical Devices Beijing Company is a German medical device company. In order to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition, Beilang Medical Devices Beijing Company must grasp the changes of internal and external environment and recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises. And the opportunities and threats faced. On this basis, to formulate a new strategy suitable for the development of the company, expand the market share of the enterprise. The main contents of the study are as follows: chapter 1 is the introduction, which puts forward the background, purpose, significance, research content, research method and innovation of the thesis. Mainly from the company's development history and the company's internal competitiveness two aspects to carry on the detailed analysis. Chapter 3, the third chapter of the company's external environment analysis, first of all, the company's macro environment, medical equipment industry internal environment analysis, Chapter 4 defines the company's strategic orientation and strategic development objectives, and then formulates a new strategic development plan for the company. Chapter 5 provides the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of the company. Chapter 6 analyzes the current situation and existing problems of medical device industry in China, draws lessons from the successful management of Berang Company, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of medical device enterprises in China. To help our medical device enterprises to improve the market share at home and abroad.
