電能質(zhì)量綜合評估方法研究

【摘要】:電能質(zhì)量的好壞與我們的生活息息相關(guān),特別是對電能質(zhì)量敏感的工業(yè)用戶,良好的電能質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益。隨著新型電子設(shè)備不斷出現(xiàn),非線性負(fù)荷日趨增加,電能污染也日趨嚴(yán)重。對電能質(zhì)量進行科學(xué)有效的評估,是治理電能污染的基礎(chǔ)條件,不但對提高電力系統(tǒng)供電質(zhì)量有著重要作用,對整個國民經(jīng)濟都有著重要意義。 本文首先結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的電能質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對電能質(zhì)量的相關(guān)概念及各種指標(biāo)進行了分析。然后介紹了電能質(zhì)量的評估體系,并對現(xiàn)有的電能質(zhì)量單項指標(biāo)評估方法和多指標(biāo)綜合評估方法進行了研究。 對于單項諧波指標(biāo)評估建立了一種基于模糊相似和接近度的評估方法。將評估對象的諧波指標(biāo)序列與設(shè)定的諧波評估等級序列進行比較分析,得到評估對象的諧波隸屬等級,再利用多種模糊貼近度構(gòu)成的接近度指標(biāo),分析隸屬等級,得出評估對象對于最優(yōu)等級及相鄰等級的隸屬度,,詳細(xì)評估諧波污染情況。 對于電能質(zhì)量綜合評估建立了一種基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的綜合評估方法。確定電能質(zhì)量指標(biāo)評估體系,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的基本原理,把電能質(zhì)量各項指標(biāo)的實測數(shù)據(jù)與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的偏差作為投入指標(biāo),電能質(zhì)量評估等級作為產(chǎn)出指標(biāo),利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法對決策單元進行分析,得到各決策單元的有效率,對各單元有效率進行分析,得到待評價單元的評估等級。運用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法避免了權(quán)重選取對于電能質(zhì)量評估的影響。通過算例驗證,證明該方法在客觀準(zhǔn)確的同時有很好的適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:The quality of power quality is closely related to our daily life, especially for industrial users who are sensitive to power quality. Good power quality is directly related to the economic benefits of enterprises. With the continuous emergence of new electronic equipment, nonlinear load is increasing day by day. Electric energy pollution is becoming more and more serious. Scientific and effective evaluation of power quality is the basic condition to control power pollution. It not only plays an important role in improving the power supply quality of power system, but also plays an important role in the whole national economy. In this paper, the related concepts and indexes of power quality are analyzed in combination with domestic and foreign power quality standards, and then the evaluation system of power quality is introduced. The existing power quality single index evaluation method and multi-index comprehensive evaluation method are studied. An evaluation method based on fuzzy similarity and proximity is established for the evaluation of single harmonic index. The harmonic index sequence of the evaluated object is compared with the set harmonic evaluation grade sequence, and the harmonic membership level of the evaluated object is obtained. Then, by using a variety of fuzzy closeness index, the membership grade is analyzed, and the membership degree of the optimal grade and adjacent grade is obtained, and the harmonic pollution is evaluated in detail. A comprehensive evaluation method based on data envelope analysis is established for the comprehensive evaluation of power quality, and the evaluation system of power quality index is determined, according to the basic principle of data envelope analysis, Taking the deviation between the measured data of the power quality indexes and the national standards as input indexes and the power quality evaluation grade as the output indexes, the decision making units are analyzed by using the method of data envelopment analysis, and the efficiency of each decision making unit is obtained. The efficiency of each unit is analyzed and the evaluation level of the unit to be evaluated is obtained. The influence of weight selection on power quality assessment is avoided by using the method of data envelopment analysis. It is proved that this method has good adaptability while it is objective and accurate.
