中外合資汽車企業(yè)伙伴匹配度與績效關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,,眾多全球著名跨國公司紛紛來華投資,而作為中國對外資最先開放的支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也吸引了全球大部分汽車企業(yè)來投資。截止2011年,全球幾乎所有整車企業(yè)都在華設(shè)立了制造與銷售業(yè)務(wù),少數(shù)幾家暫未設(shè)廠的公司也在積極布局進(jìn)口業(yè)務(wù),并尋找國產(chǎn)機(jī)會。中國汽車行業(yè)外商直接投資采取的具體形式中,尤以中外合資企業(yè)為代表,因?yàn)樵谄囌図?xiàng)目中,中國政府規(guī)定了外資的比例不能超過50%。但是,從全球范圍來看成功率較低是合資企業(yè)的一種普遍現(xiàn)象,比如廣州標(biāo)致、南京菲亞特在達(dá)到目標(biāo)之前就被迫解散退出中國?沙晒β实筒⒉荒苷f明合資企業(yè)沒有其發(fā)展的空間,比如上海大眾作為最早的中外合資汽車企業(yè)之一,2012年的年銷量為128萬輛,成為國內(nèi)首個年銷破百萬的單一汽車品牌,以優(yōu)異的市場表現(xiàn)鞏固了行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍者地位。因此,研究影響合資企業(yè)績效的因素十分必要。 本文在明確中外合資的理論基礎(chǔ)上,對伙伴匹配度、信任與績效的理論研究進(jìn)行綜述。接著,回顧中國汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展及合資歷程。隨后,采用案例研究的方法,選擇中外合資汽車企業(yè)中的典型案例(上海大眾、廣州標(biāo)致、廣汽本田)進(jìn)行分析。本文首先分析三個案例企業(yè)的伙伴匹配度及其影響因素,繼而探討伙伴匹配度對合資績效的影響,最后討論合作伙伴間的相互信任對于伙伴匹配度與績效的調(diào)節(jié)作用。 經(jīng)過分析,在對研究結(jié)果討論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文得出以下結(jié)論:第一,合資企業(yè)伙伴匹配度處于動態(tài)變化中,環(huán)境不確定性、母公司戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整等影響著伙伴匹配度。合作伙伴應(yīng)關(guān)注伙伴匹配度的變化,及時處理合作中產(chǎn)生的沖突,使伙伴匹配度保持最佳狀態(tài)。第二,伙伴匹配度對合資企業(yè)績效有正向影響,伙伴匹配度與績效之間緊密聯(lián)系,伙伴匹配度越高,合資績效越好。第三,合作伙伴的相互信任對伙伴匹配度與合資績效的關(guān)系具有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,當(dāng)合作伙伴相互信任度很高時,有利于提高合資企業(yè)的績效。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, many famous multinational corporations have come to China to invest in China, and the automobile industry, one of the first pillar industries that China has opened to foreign capital, has attracted most of the world's auto companies to invest. As of 2011, Almost all of the whole world's automobile enterprises have set up manufacturing and sales operations in China, and a few companies that have not yet set up factories are actively distributing their import business and looking for domestic opportunities. In the specific form of foreign direct investment in China's automobile industry, Especially Chinese-foreign joint ventures, because the Chinese government has stipulated that the proportion of foreign investment should not exceed 50 percent. However, the low success rate is a common phenomenon in joint ventures, such as Guangzhou Peugeot. Nanjing Fiat was forced to disband and withdraw from China before it reached its target. But the low success rate does not mean that the joint venture has no room for development. For example, Shanghai Volkswagen, one of the earliest Sino-foreign joint ventures, sold 1.28 million cars a year in 2012. It is necessary to study the factors influencing the performance of the joint venture because it has become the first single automobile brand to sell more than one million a year in China and consolidated its position as an industry leader with excellent market performance. On the basis of clarifying the theory of Sino-foreign joint venture, this paper summarizes the theoretical research on the matching degree of partners, trust and performance. Then, it reviews the development of China's automobile industry and the course of joint venture. The typical cases of Sino-foreign joint ventures (Shanghai Volkswagen, Guangzhou Peugeot, Guangzhou Honda) are selected for analysis. Then the influence of partner matching degree on joint venture performance is discussed. Finally, the effect of mutual trust between partners on partner matching degree and performance is discussed. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the partner matching degree of the joint venture is in dynamic change, and the environment is uncertain. The strategic adjustment of the parent company affects the matching degree of the partner. The partner should pay attention to the change of the matching degree of the partner, deal with the conflict in time, make the matching degree of the partner keep the best state. Second, The partner matching degree has a positive effect on the joint venture performance. The higher the partner matching degree is, the better the joint venture performance is. Third, there is a close relationship between the partner matching degree and the joint venture performance. The mutual trust of the partners has a positive effect on the relationship between the matching degree of partners and the joint venture performance. When the mutual trust degree of the partners is very high, it is beneficial to improve the performance of the joint venture.
