油藏經(jīng)營管理單元評價指標體系研究

【摘要】:進入到二十一世紀以來,油藏經(jīng)營管理已成為國內(nèi)外石油公司油氣田的開發(fā)的基本模式,我國油藏經(jīng)營管理工作逐步向科學化、精細化邁進,油藏經(jīng)營管理水平也在逐漸提高。目前油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價的研究卻落后于油藏經(jīng)營管理實踐。因此,建立科學的油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價指標體系對我國石油企業(yè)開展油藏經(jīng)營管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和指導意義。油藏經(jīng)營管理單元是由幾個開發(fā)管理單元組合而成,是油藏經(jīng)營責任與產(chǎn)出核算的基本單位。通過油藏經(jīng)營管理單元評價,搞清油藏資源狀況、開發(fā)水平、生產(chǎn)管理水平和財務指標狀況,為油藏經(jīng)營管理單元經(jīng)營目標的確定和考核提供依據(jù)。為了科學地對油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價指標進行評價,本文運用德爾菲法、層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法等多種方法,并結(jié)合油藏工程、地質(zhì)工程、管理學等多門學科的相關理論知識,建立了一整套系統(tǒng)的評價指標體系。 本文將油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價指標分為四個方面,即由油藏技術評價、油藏管理評價、油藏經(jīng)濟評價和社會評價這四個方面的二十個指標共同構(gòu)成的一套評價指標體系。應用評價指標體系和模型對油藏經(jīng)營管理單元進行綜合評價。 首先,通過對國內(nèi)外眾多文獻與專著的檢索與查閱,確立了本文研究的目的與意義,也充分認識到文章研究的必要性和重要性。其次,本文對于油藏經(jīng)營管理的相關理論進行了一個充分地闡述。再次,本文對油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價指標體系進行了概述,并對評價指標體系建立所需要運用的方法也進行了一個展示和選擇,最終確立了由四個方面和二十個指標所形成的評價體系,并運用層次分析法確定了指標的權(quán)重。最后,對于油藏經(jīng)營管理單元的評價指標體系在進行中所涉及到的問題進行了一定的論述。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, reservoir management has become the basic model of oil and gas field development in domestic and foreign oil companies. The level of reservoir management is also gradually improving. At present, the research on evaluation of reservoir management unit lags behind the practice of reservoir management. The establishment of scientific evaluation index system of reservoir management unit is of great practical significance and guiding significance for Chinese petroleum enterprises to carry out reservoir management and management. The reservoir management and management unit is composed of several development management units. Is the basic unit of reservoir management responsibility and output accounting. Through reservoir management unit evaluation, we can find out the status of reservoir resources, the level of development, the level of production management and the status of financial indicators. In order to scientifically evaluate the evaluation index of reservoir management unit, the Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used in this paper. A systematic evaluation index system is established by combining the related theoretical knowledge of reservoir engineering, geological engineering, management and so on. In this paper, the evaluation index of reservoir management unit is divided into four aspects, namely, reservoir technical evaluation, reservoir management evaluation, A set of evaluation index system composed of 20 indexes in four aspects of reservoir economic evaluation and social evaluation. The evaluation index system and model are used to evaluate the reservoir management unit synthetically. Firstly, the purpose and significance of this study are established through the retrieval and reference of many literatures and monographs at home and abroad, and the necessity and importance of the research are fully realized. In this paper, the relevant theories of reservoir management and management are fully expounded. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of reservoir management unit is summarized in this paper. Finally, the evaluation system composed of four aspects and twenty indexes is established, and the weight of the index is determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The problems involved in the evaluation index system of reservoir management unit are discussed.
