【摘要】:本文以當(dāng)前最新的供應(yīng)鏈管理理論及其相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以哈爾濱百事可樂(lè)飲料有限公司內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈整合為前提,重新設(shè)計(jì)該公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造。 首先,通過(guò)對(duì)哈爾濱百事可樂(lè)飲料有限公司的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)研究,查找出當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈管理中的存在的問(wèn)題,,以及出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因;其次,根據(jù)哈爾濱百事可樂(lè)飲料有限公司的自身特性及需求,建立一套適合于哈爾濱哈爾濱百事可樂(lè)飲料有限公司的管理模式;最后,再根據(jù)實(shí)際需求對(duì)核心業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化。 以完善公司業(yè)務(wù)流程,全面提升公司整體經(jīng)營(yíng)效率,推動(dòng)公司資本增值為主要目的。以供應(yīng)鏈管理管理為指導(dǎo)思想,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的科技手段,使過(guò)去的管理模式生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的,各段時(shí)期的信息傳送、整體協(xié)調(diào)、控制而產(chǎn)生的高成本低效率完全消除。極大地縮減了產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、分銷和配送時(shí)間,減少了管理過(guò)程中的資源浪費(fèi),降低了企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,加速產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代。通過(guò)對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)流程評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的研究,能夠不定期的對(duì)公司的業(yè)務(wù)流程運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)定,及時(shí)地發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,對(duì)問(wèn)題流程進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的調(diào)整,不斷減少公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,提高公司整體工作效率。這是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的工作,并不是因?yàn)橛龅侥撤N問(wèn)題而被迫進(jìn)行的,公司應(yīng)把這項(xiàng)工作作為公司自身的管理工具。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the latest supply chain management theory and related theories, this paper redesigns the business process of Harbin Pepsi Beverage Co., Ltd and realizes the business process reengineering based on the internal supply chain integration of Harbin Pepsi Beverage Co., Ltd. First, through the analysis of the current situation of Harbin Pepsi Beverage Co., Ltd., after repeated research, to find out the existing problems in the current supply chain management, as well as the causes of the problems; secondly, According to the characteristics and requirements of Harbin Pepsi Beverage Co., Ltd., a set of management model suitable for Harbin Harbin Pepsi Beverage Co., Ltd is established. Then according to the actual requirements of the core business process redesign and optimization. In order to improve the business process of the company, improve the overall operating efficiency of the company, promote the capital appreciation of the company as the main purpose, take the supply chain management as the guiding ideology, use advanced scientific and technological means, To eliminate completely the high cost and low efficiency of information transmission, overall coordination, and control in the production process of the past management mode, which greatly reduced the time of product development, production, distribution and distribution, Reduce the waste of resources in the management process, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, accelerate the upgrading of products. Through the study of the evaluation mechanism of business process, we can assess the business process operation situation of the company on a regular basis. Find the problem in time, adjust the problem flow, reduce the operating cost of the company and improve the overall efficiency of the company. This is a long-term work, and it is not forced to carry out because of some kind of problem. The company should use this work as its own management tool.
