精益生產(chǎn)在ZZ公司的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:精益生產(chǎn)是目前比較先進(jìn)的一種生產(chǎn)組織方式,已經(jīng)被很多知名的企業(yè)所應(yīng)用。在以粗放型管理為主的大型企業(yè)中積極推行精益生產(chǎn),效果會(huì)非常的明顯,特別有助于推動(dòng)企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升。 精益生產(chǎn)涉及的領(lǐng)域與知識(shí)非常較廣,,本文重點(diǎn)介紹了在大型輸配電企業(yè)設(shè)備制造商推廣精益的生產(chǎn)品的方式,包括推行可視化,質(zhì)量管理工具,持續(xù)改善,價(jià)值流增值等方面的理論與實(shí)施方法。通過對(duì)大型企業(yè)存在的一些顯著問題進(jìn)行分析解剖,應(yīng)用精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論提出具有針對(duì)性的解決方案,促進(jìn)企業(yè)優(yōu)化流程、實(shí)現(xiàn)降低成本和縮短交貨期。 本文以大型輸配電設(shè)備制造商ZZ公司為研究對(duì)象,首先介紹了該企業(yè)目前的生產(chǎn)及管理模式所存在的問題,然后運(yùn)用企業(yè)集團(tuán)中所采用的精益生產(chǎn)的工具與方法,提出有針對(duì)性的解決方案。在公司顧客價(jià)值導(dǎo)向方面,可靠的零缺陷流程方面,供應(yīng)商持續(xù)整合方面,價(jià)值流優(yōu)化方面,持續(xù)改善方面成立相應(yīng)的改善小組。進(jìn)行了具體的改善措施。促進(jìn)企業(yè)流程優(yōu)化,實(shí)現(xiàn)成本的最低化和價(jià)值的最優(yōu)化。 對(duì)ZZ企業(yè)所取得的在實(shí)施精益過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)總結(jié),提出了在電氣設(shè)備行業(yè)中實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)的數(shù)點(diǎn)建議,為同類企業(yè)推行精益生產(chǎn)提供參考。 最后對(duì)于本論文的研究結(jié)論與成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。對(duì)于企業(yè)今后將面臨的問題也進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Lean production is a relatively advanced production organization method, which has been applied by many well-known enterprises. In large enterprises with extensive management, the effect of lean production will be very obvious. In particular, it helps to promote the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Lean production involves a wide range of fields and knowledge. This paper focuses on the promotion of lean products in equipment manufacturers of large power transmission and distribution enterprises, including the promotion of visualization, quality management tools, continuous improvement, By analyzing and dissecting some significant problems existing in large enterprises, applying the relevant theory of lean production to put forward targeted solutions to promote the optimization of business processes, Reduce cost and delivery time. Taking ZZ Company, a large power transmission and distribution equipment manufacturer, as the research object, this paper first introduces the problems existing in the current production and management mode of the enterprise, and then applies the lean production tools and methods used in the enterprise group. Propose targeted solutions. In terms of customer value orientation, reliable zero-defect processes, continuous supplier integration, value flow optimization, Set up corresponding improvement group for continuous improvement, carry out concrete improvement measures, promote enterprise process optimization, realize cost minimization and value optimization. This paper summarizes the experiences and lessons gained in the lean process of ZZ enterprises in detail, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of lean production in the electrical equipment industry, which provides a reference for similar enterprises to carry out lean production. Finally, the conclusions and results of this paper are summarized, and the problems that enterprises will face in the future are also summarized.
