【摘要】:近年來,隨著一次能源的消耗加劇,節(jié)能已成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心問題之一。其中我國由于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的剛性需求所致,火電成為一次能源的消耗大戶;痣姀S節(jié)能問題凸顯。目前大多數(shù)火電廠在節(jié)能方面都進行了技術革新和管理改革,通過多種節(jié)能技術和措施,提高火電廠的節(jié)能水平。媽灣電廠以技術進步為先導,采用的節(jié)能措施具有多樣性和復雜性,伴隨而來的就是缺乏媽灣電廠節(jié)能綜合評估方法的問題,因此,研究一種全方位評估媽灣電廠節(jié)能效果的模型和方法具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先研究了序關系分析法,建立了遞階層次結構,闡述了目標層、標準層和方案層逐層計算的求解方法,形成了序關系分析法評估流程,并分析序關系分析法在電廠節(jié)能領域的適用性:其次介紹了媽灣火電廠基本信息,分析了媽灣火電廠的綜合情況,從宏觀、經(jīng)濟、生產(chǎn)、能源方面分析了媽灣電廠的運營及節(jié)能措施及方法,在此基礎上,將節(jié)能指標分類,形成一個核心指標拓撲展開的節(jié)能評估指標體系,體系涉及運行節(jié)能、技術節(jié)能和管理節(jié)能三個方面的內(nèi)容,節(jié)能評估指標由核心指標和拓撲展開構成;再次建立基于序關系分析法的媽灣電廠兩級節(jié)能評估模型,并闡明二級和一級節(jié)能模型的具體評估方法,其中二級評估基于序關系分析法得出各分項的評估量化數(shù)值,一級評估賦予二級評估結果優(yōu)化權重得出綜合節(jié)能的評估量化數(shù)值;最后對媽灣電廠近年節(jié)能項目及具體方案進行評估,評估不同時間段,不同側重面的具體節(jié)能項目,分析評估結果并提出今后媽灣電廠節(jié)能工作建議。通過理論分析和媽灣電廠節(jié)能方案的具體評估,驗證了基于序關系分析法的節(jié)能評估方法的適用性和可行性,該方法可用于電廠節(jié)能的綜合評估,并作為電廠建設和設計規(guī)劃的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the consumption of primary energy increasing, energy saving has become one of the key problems of enterprise development in our country. Due to the economic development of the rigid demand, power consumption becomes a prominent problem. The energy saving in thermal power plant. At present most power plants in such aspects of technological innovation and management reform. Through a variety of energy-saving technologies and measures to improve the energy efficiency of thermal power plants. Mawan Power Plant to technological progress as the guide, the energy saving measures with diversity and complexity, is associated with the lack of a comprehensive assessment of Mawan Power Plant energy-saving methods, therefore, research on a comprehensive evaluation model and method of Mawan Power Plant energy saving the effect has important practical significance.
This paper studies the order relation analysis method, establishes the hierarchical structure, expounds the calculation method of standard target layer, layer and layer by layer, forming the order relation analysis method in the evaluation process, and analyze the applicability of order relation analysis method in power plant energy saving field, secondly introduces the basic information of Mawan Power plant the analysis, Mawan Power Plant comprehensive situation, from the macroscopic, economic, production, energy analysis of Mawan Power Plant operation and energy saving measures and methods, on this basis, the energy-saving index classification, the formation of energy-saving evaluation index system is a core index of topological unfolding, system involves three aspects of energy saving, energy saving technology and management of energy saving, energy saving evaluation index by the core index and topology structure; re established evaluation model of rank correlation analysis in Mawan Power Plant, saving two on two and clarify the primary and secondary section Specific assessment methods to model, the two level evaluation order relation analysis method based on numerical quantitative evaluation of each item, to assess the level of grade two gives numerical evaluation of quantitative evaluation results to optimize the weights of comprehensive energy saving; finally, to evaluate the Mawan Power Plant in energy saving projects and the specific evaluation scheme, different time, different the specific energy conservation projects, analysis of the results of the evaluation and put forward the future of Mawan Power Plant energy-saving work suggestions. Through theoretical analysis and specific assessment of Mawan Power Plant energy conservation program, verify the feasibility and applicability of such order relation analysis method based on the evaluation method, this method can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of energy saving in power plant, and as a power plant construction and planning and design reference.
