【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)對(duì)環(huán)境造成的負(fù)面影響日顯突出,人們對(duì)企業(yè)環(huán)境責(zé)任的關(guān)注程度也逐漸提高。與此同時(shí),企業(yè)、政府以及其他利益相關(guān)者都在設(shè)法制定合理的法規(guī)來平衡企業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境維護(hù)之間的關(guān)系。企業(yè)在眾多的財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)中,逐漸加入環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并將其作為整個(gè)公司績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的一部分。這是因?yàn)?履行生態(tài)、環(huán)境、社會(huì)責(zé)任已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略選擇,也是國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安的宏觀需要。本文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究出發(fā),引出環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)問題,然后結(jié)合理論分析以彰顯其重要性。其次,以上市公司海爾為研究對(duì)象,通過搜集整理其環(huán)境報(bào)告書、社會(huì)責(zé)任報(bào)告書、年報(bào)以及公司網(wǎng)站等信息,指出其現(xiàn)存的環(huán)境績(jī)效指標(biāo)存在的問題,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行原因分析。再次,通過結(jié)合山東省的《環(huán)境報(bào)告書編制導(dǎo)則》構(gòu)建出適應(yīng)于海爾的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo),再以加權(quán)平均法與專家打分法確定指標(biāo)層中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,海爾的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系主要是圍繞環(huán)境管理狀況、環(huán)境目標(biāo)實(shí)施情況、降低環(huán)境負(fù)荷的措施及業(yè)績(jī)等展開構(gòu)建的。最后,將所構(gòu)建的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用到海爾的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)中,結(jié)合專家們的評(píng)分與企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)新構(gòu)建的環(huán)境績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)判。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry, the negative impact of enterprise production on the environment becomes more and more prominent, and people pay more and more attention to the environmental responsibility of enterprises. At the same time, enterprises, The government and other stakeholders are trying to make reasonable laws and regulations to balance the relationship between enterprise development and environmental protection. This is because fulfilling ecological, environmental and social responsibility has become a major strategic choice for the sustainable development of an enterprise. It is also the macroscopical need of the long-term stability of the country. Firstly, from the domestic and foreign research, this paper leads to the related problems of environmental performance evaluation, and then combines the theoretical analysis to highlight its importance. Secondly, taking Haier, a listed company, as the research object, By collecting and sorting out its environmental report, social responsibility report, annual report and company website, the paper points out the problems existing in the existing environmental performance indicators, and analyzes the reasons for them. By combining the "guidelines for compiling Environmental report" in Shandong Province, an index suitable for Haier's environmental performance evaluation is constructed, and then the weight of each index in the index layer is determined by the weighted average method and the expert scoring method. Haier's environmental performance evaluation index system is mainly built around environmental management situation, implementation of environmental objectives, measures to reduce environmental load and performance. Finally, The environmental performance evaluation index system is applied to Haier's environmental performance evaluation, and the newly constructed environmental performance evaluation index system is evaluated synthetically with experts' scores and enterprise data.
