【摘要】：醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)作為高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)五大分類之一,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中具有重要地位。在醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)領(lǐng)域,我國(guó)已具備大國(guó)實(shí)力,但尖端醫(yī)藥技術(shù)匱乏,醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品附加值低,醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)綜合績(jī)效不高和區(qū)域發(fā)展不均衡已是我國(guó)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的緊迫問(wèn)題是:應(yīng)如何依據(jù)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)績(jī)效發(fā)展目標(biāo)確定要素投入?yún)^(qū)域?依據(jù)績(jī)效目標(biāo)的不同,各項(xiàng)要素的投入在不同區(qū)域又有怎樣的優(yōu)先順序?針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題的存在,本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)26個(gè)省、市1998-2013年智力資本與其績(jī)效的考察,從智力資本三要素視角展開(kāi)了對(duì)以醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)智力資本與其績(jī)效為研究對(duì)象,量化二者的研究,并嘗試從智力資本角度找出解決上述問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。本文有關(guān)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)研究的主要結(jié)論如下:1.醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)智力資本三要素的人力資本、關(guān)系資本和更新資本均正向影響其經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效和創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。2.簡(jiǎn)單模型回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:關(guān)系資本對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的貢獻(xiàn)程度最大,人力資本對(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的貢獻(xiàn)程度最大。3.調(diào)節(jié)變量的加入影響醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)智力資本要素對(duì)其績(jī)效的貢獻(xiàn)程度。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)有:(1)研究視角的創(chuàng)新,將三維度智力資本與醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)發(fā)展相結(jié)合來(lái)進(jìn)行考察研究,旨在解決智力資本在醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)區(qū)域發(fā)展中的優(yōu)先投入?yún)^(qū)域和優(yōu)先投入要素問(wèn)題;(2)量化維度的創(chuàng)新,借鑒已有研究在結(jié)構(gòu)洞理論對(duì)人際和社會(huì)關(guān)系的研究基礎(chǔ)上,在醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)理論依據(jù)方面引入了結(jié)構(gòu)洞理論,以更好的解釋量化智力資本中關(guān)系資本對(duì)醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)績(jī)效的影響;(3)影響機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新,在單一變量考察的基礎(chǔ)上,加入了智力資本維度因素相結(jié)合的調(diào)節(jié)變量考察,對(duì)智力資本影響下的醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)績(jī)效有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is one of the five major categories of high-tech industry, plays an important role in the economic development of our country. In the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, our country has great strength, but lack of advanced medical technology, medical products with low added value, the comprehensive performance of the pharmaceutical industry is not high and the regional development imbalance is a reality problem China's pharmaceutical industry development. The urgent problems in development of Chinese pharmaceutical industry is facing: how should according to the goal of the development of pharmaceutical industry performance determine the input area? Based on the performance of different goals, the inputs and how the priority in different regions? In view of the above problems, this article through to the 26 provinces in China, study 1998-2013 years of intellectual capital and the performance of the three elements of intellectual capital, from the perspective of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of intellectual capital and its performance as research object, quantitative two The study, and try to find out the countermeasures to solve these problems from the perspective of intellectual capital. In this paper, the main conclusions about the research of medicine manufacturing pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are as follows: 1. the three elements of intellectual capital human capital, relationship capital and renewal capital have positive effect on the operating performance and innovation performance of simple.2. model regression analysis showed that the contribution of the relationship between the extent of capital on business performance, human capital contribution to the innovation performance of maximum.3. adjustment variables influence the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of intellectual capital on the performance of the contribution degree. The creative points of this paper are: (1) the innovation of research perspective, the development of three-dimensional intellectual capital and the combination of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to study, to solve the intellectual capital in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry give priority to investment in regional development and regional priority inputs; (2) the quantitative dimensions of innovation, reference The existing research on the structural holes theory basic research on interpersonal and social relations, in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry theory is introduced to explain the relationship between the structural hole theory, quantization of intellectual capital better capital impact on the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry performance; (3) innovation mechanism, based on a single variable, add the dimension of intellectual capital factors combined with variable investigation, a new understanding of the performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry under the influence of intellectual capital.
