【摘要】:隨著電子技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和照明技術(shù)水平的不斷提升,LED照明產(chǎn)品憑借高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保以及豐富多樣的設(shè)計迅速發(fā)展成為21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè)之一,帶動了第三次照明革命。在全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程不斷深化的背景下,LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)在全球范圍內(nèi)形成了較長的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和價值鏈,各國LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)憑借其比較優(yōu)勢差異嵌入全球LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈之中,通過積極開展分工與協(xié)作并獲取相應(yīng)的利潤。我國LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展初期主要以O(shè)EM模式為國外知名照明產(chǎn)業(yè)品牌商代工生產(chǎn)LED照明產(chǎn)品,經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展已成為世界第一大照明電器生產(chǎn)國,位于利潤空間較大的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游,但LED產(chǎn)業(yè)作為技術(shù)引導(dǎo)型產(chǎn)業(yè),核心技術(shù)和研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力決定了企業(yè)在價值鏈中的地位,而國內(nèi)LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然在近年來國家大力扶持下研發(fā)水平得以快速提升,但LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心技術(shù)、核心材料和專業(yè)設(shè)備仍然受制于國外,尤其是高端芯片及生產(chǎn)裝置都需要從國外進口,以O(shè)EM代工生產(chǎn)為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)沒有得到根本性改變,從而決定了國內(nèi)LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然位于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游但卻處于全球價值鏈的底層,LED照明企業(yè)OEM代工生產(chǎn)能夠獲取的利潤僅占整個產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價值的30%。尤其是在當(dāng)前低勞動力成本優(yōu)勢正遭受來自印度、越南等國強烈沖擊的情況下,業(yè)務(wù)量和利潤增長均呈現(xiàn)萎縮的態(tài)勢。因此為了獲取更多利潤,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,根據(jù)全球價值鏈理論,國內(nèi)LED代工企業(yè)必須走OEM向OBM轉(zhuǎn)型升級的道路。本文在梳理國內(nèi)外有關(guān)代工生產(chǎn)模式、全球價值鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級等相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了OEM轉(zhuǎn)為OBM的路徑是代工企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大可以采取的有效轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑,并且通過對國內(nèi)外LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出國內(nèi)OEM代工光源企業(yè)在當(dāng)前LED照明市場擁有廣闊發(fā)展前景的形勢下,應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住有利發(fā)展契機進入LED光源市場,逐步由OEM代工生產(chǎn)向OBM轉(zhuǎn)型升級。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文選擇SG電子有限公司公司作為研究對象,通過對該公司財務(wù)報表分析驗證了OEM光源代工企業(yè)盈利能力正在呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢,為了長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,應(yīng)當(dāng)在國內(nèi)外LED照明產(chǎn)業(yè)成為光源市場主導(dǎo)的形勢下,由過去市場空間狹小的PAR燈OEM經(jīng)營向LED照明產(chǎn)品OBM經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型升級,進而運用SWOT分析法對SG電子有限公司公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級現(xiàn)存的優(yōu)劣勢以及面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行了剖析。本文結(jié)合SG電子有限公司實際,組織和人才、資金和技術(shù)、供應(yīng)和銷售、品牌建設(shè)和風(fēng)險控制四方面制定有效的轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略,并對此提出了轉(zhuǎn)型升級的戰(zhàn)略,以幫助國內(nèi)OEM光源代工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變生產(chǎn)方式,在市場中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢地位提供理論指導(dǎo)和經(jīng)驗借鑒
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology and the continuous improvement of lighting technology, LED lighting products with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and rich and diverse design have developed rapidly into one of the most potential industries in 21th century. Led to the third lighting revolution. In the context of the deepening process of global economic integration, LED lighting industry has formed a longer industrial chain and value chain in the global scope. The LED lighting industry of various countries is embedded in the global LED lighting industry chain by virtue of its comparative advantages. In the early stage of development of LED lighting industry in China, the OEM model is mainly used as a contract manufacturer to produce LED lighting products for famous lighting industry brands in foreign countries. After years of development, LED has become the world's largest producer of lighting appliances, located in the upstream of the industrial chain with a large profit margin. However, as a technology-oriented industry, the core technology and R & D innovation capability determine the position of the enterprise in the value chain. Although the domestic LED lighting industry has been promoted rapidly under the support of the state in recent years, the core technology, core materials and specialized equipment of the LED lighting industry are still restricted by foreign countries. In particular, high-end chips and production devices need to be imported from abroad, and the industrial structure, which is dominated by OEM contract manufacturing, has not been fundamentally changed. Therefore, the domestic LED lighting industry is located in the upstream of the industrial chain, but it is at the bottom of the global value chain. The profit of the OEM contract manufacturing enterprise can only account for 30% of the value of the whole industry chain, especially in the current low labor. Power cost advantage is suffering from India, Under the strong impact of Vietnam and other countries, both the volume of business and profit growth are shrinking. Therefore, in order to obtain more profits and achieve sustainable development, according to the theory of global value chain, Domestic LED contract enterprises must take the road of OEM transforming and upgrading to OBM. This paper combs the relevant theories of contract manufacturing mode, global value chain, industrial upgrading and so on, at home and abroad. It is determined that the path from OEM to OBM is an effective way for contract enterprises to develop and expand, and through the analysis of the domestic and foreign LED lighting industry development situation, It is pointed out that the domestic OEM contract light source enterprises should seize the favorable development opportunity to enter the LED light source market and gradually transform from the OEM contract production to the OBM under the situation that the LED lighting market has a broad development prospect at present. In this paper, SG Electronics Co., Ltd. is chosen as the research object. Through the analysis of the financial statements of SG Electronics Co., Ltd., it is proved that the profitability of OEM light source contract manufacturing enterprises is declining, in order to develop in the long run. Under the situation that the LED lighting industry at home and abroad has become the dominant light source market, the OEM operation of the PAR lamp with narrow market space in the past should be transformed and upgraded to the OBM operation of the LED lighting product. Then, the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of SG Electronics Co., Ltd.'s transformation and upgrading are analyzed by using SWOT analysis. This paper combines the actual situation, organization and talent, capital and technology, supply and sales of SG Electronics Co., Ltd. Four aspects of brand construction and risk control are made, and the strategy of transformation and upgrading is put forward in order to help the domestic OEM light source contract enterprises to transform their production methods.
