【摘要】：鋼鐵工業(yè)是現(xiàn)代國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展具有極其重要的意義。作為資源消耗型工業(yè),當(dāng)前我國(guó)鋼鐵工業(yè)中的大多數(shù)企業(yè)存在庫(kù)存過(guò)多、資金占用率高、能耗大、產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩等生產(chǎn)及管理等方面的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),由于原材料價(jià)格上漲,決定性技術(shù)革新速度減慢、市場(chǎng)逐漸飽和等一系列行業(yè)因素影響,鋼鐵企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)空間變小,生存壓力增大。因此,將目光投向占用企業(yè)流動(dòng)資金70%以上的原料端,規(guī)范企業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程、提高企業(yè)庫(kù)區(qū)管理對(duì)提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,擴(kuò)大利潤(rùn)空間尤為重要。本文對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)原料采購(gòu)庫(kù)存問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,旨在合理制定原料采購(gòu)和庫(kù)存策略,從而降低企業(yè)相關(guān)成本,保障生產(chǎn)的前提下盡量減少呆滯庫(kù)存。本文的研究背景為需求不確定條件下的鋼鐵原料采購(gòu)及庫(kù)存優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,通過(guò)歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,建立單一的集成優(yōu)化模型,并采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)化軟件CPLEX對(duì)建立的模型進(jìn)行求解。本文具體架構(gòu)如下:(1)問(wèn)題的提出與分析:首先對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)庫(kù)存現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)比分析幾種比較成熟的采購(gòu)庫(kù)存策略,了解其如何應(yīng)用于鋼鐵原料解決采購(gòu)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。(2)歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的作用與分析:對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中積累的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其內(nèi)在聯(lián)系及相應(yīng)規(guī)律。探討如何利用歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)解決需求不確定情況下的鋼鐵原料采購(gòu)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,從而為企業(yè)原料采購(gòu)庫(kù)存計(jì)劃編制提供決策依據(jù),降低運(yùn)營(yíng)管理成本。(3)優(yōu)化模型的建立與求解:利用歷史生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)建立鋼鐵企業(yè)采購(gòu)庫(kù)存問(wèn)題優(yōu)化模型,將歷史數(shù)據(jù)直接引入模型作為輸入?yún)?shù),將數(shù)據(jù)和優(yōu)化納入統(tǒng)一的框架中進(jìn)行整體考慮,并使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)化軟件CPLEX對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,從而制定基于歷史數(shù)據(jù)考慮的采購(gòu)庫(kù)存優(yōu)化決策。
[Abstract]:Iron and steel industry is one of the pillar industries of the modern national economy, which is of great significance to the stability and development of the national economy. High capital occupancy, high energy consumption, overcapacity and other production and management problems. At the same time, due to a series of industry factors, such as rising prices of raw materials, slowing down the speed of decisive technological innovation, and gradually saturation of the market, etc. The profit space of iron and steel enterprises becomes smaller, and the survival pressure is increased. Therefore, we should focus on the raw materials that occupy more than 70% of the current capital of the enterprise, standardize the production process of the enterprise, and improve the management of the reservoir area of the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. It is very important to enlarge the profit space. This paper studies the stock of raw materials in iron and steel enterprises in order to make reasonable purchase of raw materials and stock strategy so as to reduce the related costs of enterprises. The research background of this paper is the iron and steel raw material purchasing and inventory optimization problem under uncertain demand condition. Through the analysis of historical data, a single integrated optimization model is established. And the standard optimization software CPLEX is used to solve the model. The specific framework of this paper is as follows: first of all, this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of iron and steel enterprise purchasing inventory. Several mature purchasing inventory strategies are compared and analyzed to find out how to apply them to iron and steel raw materials to solve the problem of stock optimization. The function and analysis of historical production data are analyzed. The historical data accumulated in the production process of iron and steel enterprises are analyzed. Find out its internal relation and corresponding law, discuss how to use historical production data to solve the problem of steel raw material purchasing inventory optimization under uncertain demand, thus providing decision basis for enterprise raw material purchase inventory planning. Establishing and solving the optimization model of reducing the cost of operation and management: using the historical production data to establish the optimization model of purchasing inventory problem of iron and steel enterprises, introducing the historical data directly into the model as input parameter, The data and optimization are considered in the unified framework, and the model is solved by using the standard optimization software CPLEX, so as to make the purchasing inventory optimization decision based on historical data.
