【摘要】：企業(yè)在市場中形成的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì),得益于企業(yè)的核心競爭力的建設(shè)。企業(yè)要在信息化條件下做大做強(qiáng),保持長期的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì),就要完善管理創(chuàng)新機(jī)制、提升技術(shù)研發(fā)能力等。伴隨著頁巖氣革命的發(fā)展和中國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,各種管網(wǎng)建設(shè)迎來了繁榮期,管件行業(yè)的發(fā)展也進(jìn)入了高速增長期。SL管件公司在勇闖國內(nèi)市場中,初步形成了自身的核心競爭力。面對(duì)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大、新市場的開拓,哪些因素促進(jìn)了自身的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì),哪些因素制約了公司的發(fā)展,都是SL管件公司所要探究的話題。SL管件公司是魯北地區(qū)最大的管件制造企業(yè),立足于勝利油田市場,積極拓展國內(nèi)市場,是國內(nèi)少數(shù)幾家能生產(chǎn)高端管件的企業(yè)之一。本文采用波特五力競爭分析法、SWOT矩陣、德爾菲法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等研究工具和方法,根據(jù)SL管件公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀對(duì)公司核心競爭力進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出公司核心競爭力的水平。本文在公司核心競爭力影響因素分析和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)性提出了提升SL管件公司核心競爭力的四個(gè)對(duì)策,期望對(duì)公司未來的發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略決策參考,有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)公司發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The competitive advantage that the enterprise forms in the market benefits from the construction of the core competence of the enterprise. In order to make the enterprise bigger and stronger under the condition of information, and to maintain the long-term competitive advantage, it is necessary to perfect the management innovation mechanism. With the development of the shale gas revolution and the acceleration of China's urbanization process, the construction of various pipe networks has ushered in a prosperous period, and the development of the pipe fittings industry has also entered the period of rapid growth. SL pipe fittings companies have entered the domestic market bravely. In the face of the expansion of scale, the development of new markets, what factors have promoted their own competitive advantage, which factors have restricted the development of the company, All are the topics to be explored by SL Pipe fittings Company. SL Pipe fittings Company is the largest manufacturer of pipe fittings in northern Shandong Province. It is based on the Shengli Oilfield market and actively develops the domestic market. It is one of the few enterprises in our country that can produce high-end pipe fittings. In this paper, we use Porter's five-force competitive analysis method to analyze SWOT matrix, Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other research tools and methods. According to the development situation of SL pipe fittings company, this paper analyzes the core competence of the company and summarizes the level of the core competence of the company. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the core competence of the company. This paper puts forward four countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of SL pipe fittings company, hoping to provide strategic decision reference for the future development of the company and help to realize the development goal of the company.
