【摘要】:企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中不可或缺的一環(huán),對(duì)企業(yè)形成不可復(fù)制的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力至關(guān)重要。作為國(guó)內(nèi)知名的大型綜合性施工企業(yè),ZJ公司在62年的發(fā)展歷程中形成了具有一定特色的企業(yè)文化,然而ZJ公司當(dāng)前階段的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)并不相吻合,出現(xiàn)了大量問(wèn)題。為了在未來(lái)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)有利地位,ZJ公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)化工作刻不容緩。 本文首先介紹了企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)涵以及其基本組成部分,接下來(lái)作者通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷與實(shí)地訪談等方式收集到大量資料以了解ZJ公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并基于企業(yè)文化理論從物質(zhì)文化、行為文化、制度文化、精神文化等四個(gè)方面對(duì)ZJ公司企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為ZJ公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在如下問(wèn)題:溝通機(jī)制不健全,渠道不暢通;員工對(duì)企業(yè)文化認(rèn)識(shí)不足,參與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)活動(dòng)的積極性不夠等。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文從如下四個(gè)方面著手給出了解決之策:改善企業(yè)物質(zhì)文化,完善企業(yè)行為建設(shè),深化企業(yè)制度文化建設(shè),加強(qiáng)企業(yè)精神文化建設(shè)。最后本文設(shè)計(jì)了ZJ公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)化的實(shí)施方案,具體分為三個(gè)步驟:文化統(tǒng)領(lǐng)階段,行為落實(shí)階段,全面提升階段。每一階段都闡述了當(dāng)年度的具體目標(biāo)、建設(shè)重點(diǎn)、以及想要達(dá)到的效果。然后就每一階段的具體任務(wù)分別從目標(biāo)、方法、步驟以及要求等方面展開(kāi)詳細(xì)的闡述,并提出相應(yīng)的保障措施。 本文以企業(yè)文化的基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),針對(duì)ZJ公司所處的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及所存在的問(wèn)題,提出了嶄新的ZJ公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)于提升ZJ公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平,促進(jìn)ZJ公司發(fā)展壯大具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。與此同時(shí),也能為當(dāng)前我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)尤其是建筑施工行業(yè)的相關(guān)企業(yè)開(kāi)展企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作提供有益參考。圖
[Abstract]:Corporate culture as an indispensable part of the enterprise development strategy, It is very important for enterprises to form non-replicable core competitiveness. As a well-known large comprehensive construction enterprise in China, ZJ Company has formed a certain characteristic enterprise culture in the course of 62 years of development. However, the construction of corporate culture in the current stage of ZJ Company does not coincide with the fierce market competition, and there are a lot of problems. In order to occupy a favorable position in the future market competition, it is urgent for ZJ Company to optimize the construction of corporate culture. This paper first introduces the connotation of corporate culture and its basic components. Then the author collects a lot of information through questionnaire and field interviews to understand the current situation of corporate culture construction in ZJ Company. Based on the theory of corporate culture, this paper analyzes the present situation of ZJ company's corporate culture from four aspects: material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, and concludes that the corporate culture construction of ZJ company has the following problems: the communication mechanism is not perfect. The channel is not smooth, the staff is not aware of the enterprise culture, and the enthusiasm of participating in the enterprise culture construction is not enough. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the solutions from the following four aspects: improving the enterprise material culture, Finally, this paper designs the implementation plan of the optimization of the corporate culture construction of ZJ Company, which is divided into three steps: the stage of cultural leadership. The behavior implementation stage, the overall promotion stage. Each stage describes the specific objectives of the current year, the key points of construction, and the desired results. Then the specific tasks of each stage are divided into goals and methods. The steps and requirements are elaborated in detail, and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. Under the guidance of the basic theory of corporate culture, according to the characteristics of the industry, the present situation and the existing problems of the corporate culture construction, this paper puts forward a new optimization scheme for the enterprise culture construction of ZJ Company. It is of great significance to improve the management level of ZJ Company and promote the development and growth of ZJ Company. At the same time, It can also provide a useful reference for the current state-owned enterprises, especially the related enterprises in the construction industry, to carry out the enterprise culture construction work.
