【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的二十一世紀(jì),企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越全球化,尤其是建筑行業(yè),建筑企業(yè)要想立于不敗之地,獲得市場(chǎng)的份額,就必須具備高水平的管理人員。工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理是施工企業(yè)的核心管理人員,是施工企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目上的全權(quán)代表,工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的能力高低,直接決定了項(xiàng)目的成敗。因此,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位的勝任力研究,顯得非常的迫切和重要。本文研究工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位的勝任力,對(duì)提高施工企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�；谏鲜霈F(xiàn)狀,本文通過(guò)對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方式的實(shí)證研究,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)比分析、優(yōu)化,選擇因子分析法,對(duì)施工企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位勝任力模型進(jìn)行了研究,研究的主要內(nèi)容有:1.對(duì)施工單位工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位進(jìn)行充分分析的基礎(chǔ)上,查閱大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,歸納總結(jié)出施工單位工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理勝任力要素,由這些勝任力要素再加上項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的基本信息形成問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的內(nèi)容。2.借助SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查獲得的信息進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、描述性分析、效度、信度檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證問(wèn)卷的信度、效度,再利用因子分析法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行因子分析,得到施工單位工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位勝任力的五個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),以及相應(yīng)的勝任力要素構(gòu)成二級(jí)指標(biāo),由一級(jí)指標(biāo)和二級(jí)指標(biāo)最終構(gòu)成勝任力模型。本文通過(guò)對(duì)建筑施工企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理崗位勝任力模型的建立,得到項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)未來(lái)工程項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的選拔、考評(píng)提供了理論依據(jù),具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In 21th century of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more global, especially in the construction industry, construction enterprises want to remain invincible, get the market share. The project manager is the core manager of the construction enterprise, the plenipotentiary representative of the construction enterprise in the project, and the ability of the project manager. Directly determines the success or failure of the project. Therefore, it is urgent and important to study the competence of the project manager. This paper studies the competence of the project manager. It has very important practical significance to improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Based on the above situation, this paper makes an empirical study on the way of questionnaire survey to project managers, through comparative analysis, optimization. Selecting factor analysis method, the competency model of project manager in construction enterprise is studied. The main content of the research is: 1. On the basis of analyzing the post of project manager in construction unit. Consulting a large number of documents, summed up the construction unit project manager competency elements. From these competency elements plus the basic information of the project manager form the content of the questionnaire. 2. With the help of SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software, the information obtained from the questionnaire is statistically analyzed. Descriptive analysis, validity, reliability test, validation of the reliability of the questionnaire, validity, and then factor analysis of the data using factor analysis, the construction unit project manager position competency five indicators. And the corresponding competency elements constitute the second level index, by the first class index and the second class index constitute the competency model. This paper establishes the competency model of the construction enterprise project manager post. The evaluation index of the project manager is obtained, which provides the theoretical basis for the selection and evaluation of the project manager in the future, and has certain reference value.
