【摘要】：生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)是鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中所不能缺少的重要系統(tǒng),也是鋼鐵企業(yè)不斷優(yōu)化內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),由粗放型生產(chǎn)向集約型生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵。由于鋼鐵企業(yè)自身的特殊性,其生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)較之傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)有著明顯的區(qū)別。本文基于鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特殊性進(jìn)行分析,將鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)作為研究的課題,主要借助文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例研究法等多種研究方式,全方位闡述生產(chǎn)調(diào)度對(duì)于鋼鐵企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作的重要性。同時(shí),在深入分析了鋼鐵企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)含義、特征以及其具備的性能的基礎(chǔ)上,將A鋼鐵集團(tuán)作為重點(diǎn)研究的對(duì)象,通過(guò)分析介紹A鋼鐵集團(tuán)的企業(yè)概況和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,全面闡述其現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)工藝流程以及生產(chǎn)特征,并找出其在現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)之上存在的問(wèn)題。在發(fā)現(xiàn)A鋼鐵集團(tuán)存在的問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,挖掘出問(wèn)題形成的原因,并根據(jù)其存在的問(wèn)題提出具有針對(duì)性的解決方法和措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)完善A鋼鐵集團(tuán)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的目的。希望本文能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)在鋼鐵企業(yè)調(diào)度實(shí)際運(yùn)作方面研究起到一定的補(bǔ)充和完善效果,并豐富相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,為我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Production scheduling management system is an important system in the production process of iron and steel enterprises, and it is also the continuous optimization of the internal structure of steel enterprises. The key to the transition from extensive production to intensive production is due to the particularity of iron and steel enterprises themselves. The production scheduling system is obviously different from the traditional enterprises. Based on the analysis of the particularity of iron and steel production, the production scheduling management system of iron and steel enterprises is taken as the research topic. With the help of literature research, case study and other research methods, the importance of production scheduling for the daily production operation of iron and steel enterprises is expounded in all directions. At the same time. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the basic meaning, characteristics and performance of the production scheduling management system in iron and steel enterprises, A Iron and Steel Group Group is taken as the key research object. Through the analysis and introduction of the general situation and production status of A Iron and Steel Group, the present production process and production characteristics of A Iron and Steel Group are expounded in an all-round way. And find out its existing problems on the existing production scheduling system. On the basis of discovering the problems of A Iron and Steel Group, the causes of the problems are excavated. And according to its existing problems put forward targeted solutions and measures. In order to achieve the purpose of improving A Iron and Steel Group production scheduling management system, I hope this paper can play a certain supplementary and perfect effect to the actual operation of iron and steel enterprises in China. It also provides experience and reference for the construction of production scheduling management system of iron and steel enterprises in China.
