【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作受到了各個(gè)國家的重視,現(xiàn)代裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)作為國家重要的發(fā)展方向之一,越來越受到信息交流不通暢,共享程度不高以及研發(fā)流程不匹配的影響。TM公司是一家研制、生產(chǎn)大型機(jī)電液一體化裝備的制造型企業(yè)。在TM公司快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,為解決企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研制各個(gè)過程中的數(shù)據(jù)管理混亂,產(chǎn)品圖檔版本控制不嚴(yán)、產(chǎn)品信息傳遞不通暢等問題,TM公司需實(shí)施研發(fā)平臺的建設(shè),以達(dá)到提高設(shè)計(jì)水平、提升企業(yè)管理效率、改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低制造成本,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益增長。本文從TM公司目前研發(fā)狀況出發(fā),利用項(xiàng)目可行性研究理論,詳細(xì)的分析了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)平臺建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的可行性。首先,本文介紹了研發(fā)平臺建設(shè)的重要性,并指出了項(xiàng)目的可行性研究為項(xiàng)目順利進(jìn)行提供有效的支撐；然后介紹了可行性研究的理論知識和方法；而后通過調(diào)查對項(xiàng)目在企業(yè)的需求進(jìn)行了分析并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出搭建數(shù)據(jù)管理PDM平臺,并且將CAD/CAPP等數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一集成到PDM當(dāng)中管理的技術(shù)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)平臺建設(shè)的內(nèi)容；最后根據(jù)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)論證和評估理論,從項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)金流量、凈現(xiàn)值、內(nèi)部收益率等方面對項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)可行性進(jìn)行分析,并采用敏感性分析的方法進(jìn)行了不確定性的分析。TM公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)平臺建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的可行性分析研究表明,該項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)技術(shù)方案合理、內(nèi)部收益率較高、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較低的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目。通過本文對該項(xiàng)目的可行性論證,得出了該項(xiàng)目可行的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economic integration, product research and development has been attached importance to by various countries. As one of the important development directions of the country, the R & D of modern equipment manufacturing industry is increasingly being unobstructed by the information exchange. Low degree of sharing and mismatch of R & D process. TM is a manufacturing enterprise that develops and produces large electromechanical and hydraulic integrated equipment in the period of TM's rapid development. In order to solve the problems such as the confusion of data management in each process of product development, the lax control of product drawing and version, and the unobstructed transmission of product information, TM company should implement the construction of research and development platform. In order to improve the level of design, improve the efficiency of enterprise management, improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and ultimately achieve economic growth. Using the project feasibility research theory, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the enterprise product R & D platform construction project in detail. Firstly, this paper introduces the importance of the R & D platform construction. And pointed out that the feasibility study of the project for the project to provide effective support; Then the theoretical knowledge and methods of feasibility study are introduced. Then through the investigation of the project in the enterprise demand analysis and according to the results of the analysis proposed to build a data management PDM platform. And the data such as CAD/CAPP are integrated into the technical scheme of management in PDM to realize the content of the platform construction of enterprise product research and development. Finally, according to the project financial demonstration and evaluation theory, from the project cash flow, net present value, internal rate of return and other aspects of the project financial feasibility analysis. The feasibility analysis of the product development platform construction project of TM company shows that the project is a reasonable technical scheme and the internal rate of return is high. The feasibility of this project is demonstrated in this paper, and the conclusion is drawn that the project is feasible.
