【摘要】：眾所周知,復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國家安全的重要基礎(chǔ),它的競爭將直接關(guān)系到國力興衰。復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品傳統(tǒng)的長周期、單品種、大批量制造形式正漸漸地向敏捷、多樣、用戶化定制的生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變,這種生產(chǎn)方式使得企業(yè)更易發(fā)生工程變更。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工程變更中的信息協(xié)同,復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)不斷加大對信息產(chǎn)品的投入,導(dǎo)致企業(yè)信息成本迅速攀升,因此本文應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)建立模型,對復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)的信息成本進(jìn)行動態(tài)仿真,為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)有效控制信息成本提供參考。首先,論文以系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),將復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工程變更特征與系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)特點(diǎn)相結(jié)合,從而識別信息成本系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的各要素,探究系統(tǒng)內(nèi)影響因素之間的聯(lián)系。其次,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法建立復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造信息成本系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,以復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造業(yè)--CX船舶制造企業(yè)為例,通過Vensim軟件對該企業(yè)的信息成本進(jìn)行動態(tài)仿真并就關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行了靈敏度測試。最后,據(jù)此為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)信息成本的管理決策提出一些建議。論文創(chuàng)新地以復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造工程變更信息協(xié)同的信息成本為研究對象,從系統(tǒng)的角度構(gòu)建復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造信息成本系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,通過系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的仿真模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息成本的定量研究,模型結(jié)果表明信息技術(shù)成本與人力成本是船舶制造工程變更信息協(xié)同的信息成本支出的主要項(xiàng)目,是信息成本控制的重點(diǎn),為復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品制造企業(yè)有效控制信息成本提供了有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the manufacturing of complex products is an important foundation of national economy and national security, and its competition will directly affect the rise and fall of national strength. Mass manufacturing forms are gradually changing to agile, diverse, customized production methods. In order to realize the information coordination in the complex product manufacturing engineering, the complex product manufacturing enterprise increases the input to the information product. As a result of the rapid increase in enterprise information costs, this paper applies system dynamics to establish a model to simulate the information cost of complex product manufacturing industry. Firstly, based on the theory of system dynamics, the thesis combines the characteristics of complex product manufacturing engineering change with the characteristics of system dynamics. In order to identify the elements of the information cost system, explore the relationship between the factors in the system. Secondly, use the system dynamics method to establish the complex product manufacturing information cost system dynamics model. Taking CX shipbuilding enterprise as an example, the information cost of CX shipbuilding enterprise is dynamically simulated by Vensim software and the sensitivity of key factors is tested. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward for the information cost management decision of complex product manufacturing enterprises. The paper takes the information cost of information coordination of complex product manufacturing engineering change as the research object. The system dynamics model of manufacturing information cost of complex products is constructed from the point of view of system, and the quantitative research of information cost is realized through the simulation of system dynamics. The results of the model show that information technology cost and manpower cost are the main items of information cost expenditure of ship manufacturing engineering change information coordination, and are the focus of information cost control. It provides a meaningful reference for complex product manufacturing enterprises to control information cost effectively.
