【摘要】:本文以中核(天津)科技發(fā)展有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱中核科技)系列產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)管理為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)中核科技目前缺乏有效的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理手段,造成了車間生產(chǎn)層面信息傳遞不暢,無(wú)法滿足公司快速高效發(fā)展的要求,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃出現(xiàn)脫節(jié),公司整體生產(chǎn)效率低下,提出了制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System,簡(jiǎn)稱MES)在公司應(yīng)用的研究課題。本文采用以MES系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)理論、系統(tǒng)建模體系結(jié)構(gòu)、工作流建模等理論知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)證為核心的研究方法,通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際調(diào)研分析,提出了建設(shè)中核科技MES系統(tǒng)的必要性,并對(duì)中核科技生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,得到了MES系統(tǒng)的需求分析,對(duì)中核科技公司生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行重新組合,提出了推拉結(jié)合的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃模式,建立基于制造物流清單的生產(chǎn)模型,構(gòu)建適合公司實(shí)際生產(chǎn)所需的MES系統(tǒng)總體框架并按照中核科技生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了中核科技MES系統(tǒng)的總體功能模型,對(duì)中核科技MES系統(tǒng)各功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),提出了中核科技MES系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用方案,確立了公司MES系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),最后按照科學(xué)合理的實(shí)施方法進(jìn)行實(shí)施。MES系統(tǒng)在中核科技公司的成功實(shí)施應(yīng)用,大大提高了公司生產(chǎn)加工效率。該系統(tǒng)的出現(xiàn)使得公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的控制管理與計(jì)劃實(shí)施相關(guān)聯(lián),通過(guò)實(shí)施MES系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了中核科技公司內(nèi)部流轉(zhuǎn)信息的實(shí)時(shí)共享,建立了實(shí)時(shí)的反饋機(jī)制,彌補(bǔ)了中核科技公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃施行與控制管理脫節(jié)的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the production management of the series of products of Sinonuclear (Tianjin) Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Sinonuclear Science and Technology) is taken as the research object, aiming at the lack of effective field management means of Sinonuclear Science and Technology at present. As a result of the workshop production level information transmission is not smooth, unable to meet the rapid and efficient development of the company requirements, leading to a disconnection between on-site production and production planning, the company's overall production efficiency is low. Manufacturing Execution System, a manufacturing execution system, is proposed. Based on the basic theory of MES system, system modeling architecture, workflow modeling and other theoretical knowledge, this paper uses the field empirical research method as the core. Through the actual investigation and analysis of the production site, the necessity of constructing the MES system of nuclear science and technology in China is put forward, and the present production situation of the nuclear science and technology in China is analyzed in detail, and the requirement analysis of the MES system is obtained. This paper reassembles the production business process of China Nuclear Technology Company, puts forward the production planning model of push-pull combination, and establishes the production model based on manufacturing logistics list. The overall framework of MES system which is suitable for the actual production of the company is constructed and the overall functional model of the MES system is designed according to the characteristics of the products produced by Sinonuclear Science and Technology. The function modules of MES system are designed in detail, the application scheme of MES system is put forward, and the construction goal of MES system is established. Finally, according to the scientific and reasonable implementation methods to implement .MES system in the successful implementation of nuclear technology companies. It greatly improves the efficiency of the production and processing of the company. The emergence of the system makes the control management of the production site and the implementation of the plan associated with the implementation of the MES system. The real-time sharing of internal circulation information is realized, and the real-time feedback mechanism is established, which makes up for the disconnection between the implementation of production plan and the control management of SinoNuclear Science and Technology Company.
