【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,企業(yè)實施知識管理成為了智力型企業(yè)實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略支撐的重要措施,本文首先結(jié)合某電力企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)知識管理經(jīng)典模型SECI模型,歸納分析出實施知識管理的四要素：組織崗位、規(guī)章制度、IT技術(shù)及知識共享的企業(yè)文化：然后以該四要素為基礎(chǔ),論述了電力企業(yè)如何實施知識管理,并根據(jù)該電力企業(yè)的特點,提出了組織崗位設(shè)置的初步構(gòu)想及相關(guān)規(guī)章制度；其次從信息化管理的角度,結(jié)合社會化網(wǎng)絡(luò)SNS技術(shù),提出了建設(shè)以知識社區(qū)、知識圖譜、知識立方體、知識智能推送為中心的電力企業(yè)第三代知識管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)想,給出了第三代知識管理系統(tǒng)的功能架構(gòu)雛形,針對核心功能特點進行了簡單論述；最后針對某電力企業(yè)的知識管理建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出了“先咨詢、再試點、后推廣”實施策略。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the implementation of knowledge management has become an important measure for intellectual enterprises to achieve strategic support. Firstly, this paper combines the current management situation of a certain electric power enterprise. According to the SECI model of the classical model of knowledge management, this paper summarizes and analyzes the four elements of implementing knowledge management: organizational position, rules and regulations, IT technology and corporate culture of knowledge sharing: then based on these four elements. This paper discusses how to implement knowledge management in electric power enterprises, and puts forward the preliminary conception and relevant rules and regulations of organization post setting according to the characteristics of the electric power enterprise. Secondly, from the perspective of information management, combined with the social network SNS technology, the construction of knowledge community, knowledge map, knowledge cube. The conception of the third generation knowledge management system of electric power enterprise with knowledge intelligence push as the center, the function structure embryonic form of the third generation knowledge management system is given, and the core function characteristic is simply discussed. Finally, according to the current situation of knowledge management construction in a certain electric power enterprise, the implementation strategy of "consulting first, then pilot, then popularizing" is summarized.
