NN公司OEE系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入與應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:近年來,在國家對高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的大力支持下,生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了巨大的發(fā)展。但隨著生物藥品市場需求的迅猛增長,以及發(fā)改委對藥品降價令的多次發(fā)布,使得生物制藥企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈。如何充分利用現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)資源,來提高生產(chǎn)能力、降低生產(chǎn)成本,已成為管理者研究和探討的重要課題之一。設(shè)備綜合效率(Overall Equipment Efficiency,OEE)是一個簡單而有效的分析工具,它為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的提高提供了方向,現(xiàn)已被制造業(yè)廣泛地應(yīng)用。本文首先對OEE的產(chǎn)生背景、定義及組成部分、計算公式等進行研究,并給出了制造業(yè)普遍存在的六大損失及其對OEE的影響。然后以NN公司筆芯胰島素包裝生產(chǎn)線為例,采用OEE的方法對設(shè)備運行狀況進行了分析。通過對包裝生產(chǎn)線OEE瀑布圖的分析,找到了影響設(shè)備綜合效率的主要停機因素。隨后重點針對這些主要停機因素,借助3C/A3報告、MAAR循環(huán)、作業(yè)者工程分析法等多種系統(tǒng)工具對如何降低設(shè)備停機時間進行了深入的研究,并形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的流程和文件。采用OEE的理論并實施改進后,包裝生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備綜合效率從最初的59.5%提升到66.7%。,年生產(chǎn)能力也得到較大幅度地提高。在效率提升的同時,公司又全面推行了TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)活動,為成果的鞏固及持續(xù)不斷的改進奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。本文的研究表明,運用OEE的設(shè)備評價方法進行分析與改善,可以有效地提升企業(yè)的設(shè)備管理水平,并帶動了產(chǎn)能的提升,對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理具有深遠的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the biopharmaceutical industry has been greatly developed with the support of the state to the high-tech industry. However, with the rapid growth of the market demand for biological drugs, and the National Development and Reform Commission of the drug price reduction orders issued many times. The competition between biopharmaceutical enterprises is increasingly fierce. How to make full use of existing production resources to improve production capacity and reduce production costs. It has become one of the most important topics for managers to study and discuss. The overall efficiency of equipment is called Equipment Efficiency. OEE is a simple and effective analysis tool, it provides a direction for the improvement of enterprise production efficiency, and has been widely used in manufacturing industry. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, definition and components of OEE. The calculation formula and so on are studied, and six losses and their effects on OEE are given. Then, the paper takes the pen core insulin packaging production line of NN Company as an example. The operation condition of the equipment is analyzed by using OEE method. The OEE waterfall diagram of packaging production line is analyzed. The main downtime factors affecting the overall efficiency of the equipment were found, and then the maar cycle was reported with 3C / A3 report in the light of these main downtime factors. A variety of system tools, such as operator engineering analysis method, have deeply studied how to reduce the downtime of equipment, and formed standardized flow and documents. The theory of OEE is adopted and improved. The equipment comprehensive efficiency of the packaging production line has been raised from the initial 59.5% to 66.70.The annual production capacity has also been greatly improved. At the same time, the efficiency has been improved. The company has also fully implemented the TPM(Total Productive maintenance) campaign. For the consolidation of achievements and continuous improvement laid a good foundation. The research in this paper shows that the use of OEE equipment evaluation method for analysis and improvement, can effectively improve the level of equipment management in enterprises. And drive the promotion of production capacity, the production management of the enterprise has far-reaching significance.
