【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)，，是經(jīng)濟(jì)增加的源泉，是國家實(shí)力的象征，亦是測量一個(gè)國家或一個(gè)地區(qū)競爭力的關(guān)鍵性標(biāo)志。隨著國家“十一五”規(guī)劃把裝備制造業(yè)確定為國家的戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)，對(duì)國內(nèi)區(qū)域裝備制造業(yè)競爭力的研究顯得十分有必要，研究裝備制造業(yè)競爭力對(duì)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重大意義。近年來，江西省工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，使得裝備制造業(yè)成為江西省的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。然而江西省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展水平與我國發(fā)達(dá)省份發(fā)展程度還相差較大。因此，研究裝備制造業(yè)競爭力狀況，提出江西省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策，對(duì)江西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文首先介紹了裝備制造業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力等相關(guān)理論，繼而對(duì)江西省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、各子行業(yè)競爭力情況進(jìn)行了剖析，并對(duì)江西省進(jìn)行了在全國范圍內(nèi)（主要是東部沿海發(fā)達(dá)省份以及中部區(qū)域省份）的裝備制造業(yè)競爭力分析，得出了江西省裝備制造業(yè)整體競爭力較差，電氣機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)與交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)備制造業(yè)是江西省的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)等結(jié)果。接著，運(yùn)用RCA單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)法、基于時(shí)序算子的動(dòng)態(tài)綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)“十一五”期間江西省裝備制造業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，構(gòu)建了包含生產(chǎn)能力、市場開拓能力、盈利能力、裝備能力以及經(jīng)營管理能力等層面的指標(biāo)體系，分析出電氣機(jī)械及器材制造業(yè)競爭力在全國相對(duì)具有競爭力等結(jié)論。最后依據(jù)分析結(jié)果，提出了江西省裝備制造業(yè)競爭力發(fā)展對(duì)策建議，建議包括分類研究、加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、提高企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力以及加大政府的扶持力度。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy, is the source of economic growth, is the symbol of national strength. It is also a key indicator to measure the competitiveness of a country or a region. With the 11th Five-Year Plan, equipment manufacturing industry is defined as the strategic industry of the country. It is necessary to study the competitiveness of domestic regional equipment manufacturing industry, which is of great significance to the development of equipment manufacturing industry. In recent years, the rapid development of Jiangxi industry. Equipment manufacturing industry has become the development focus of Jiangxi Province. However, the development level of Jiangxi equipment manufacturing industry is still quite different from that of developed provinces in China. Therefore, the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry is studied. It is of great significance for the economic development of Jiangxi Province to put forward the countermeasures for the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province. This paper first introduces the equipment manufacturing industry, industrial competitiveness and other related theories, and then analyzes the development of Jiangxi equipment manufacturing industry, the competitiveness of each sub-industry. The competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province is analyzed in the whole country (mainly the developed eastern coastal provinces and the central provinces), and it is concluded that the overall competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province is poor. Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing and transportation equipment manufacturing are the dominant industries in Jiangxi Province. Then, the single index evaluation method of RCA is used. The dynamic comprehensive evaluation method based on time series operator is used to evaluate the competitiveness of Jiangxi's equipment manufacturing industry during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The competitiveness of Jiangxi's equipment manufacturing industry is constructed to include production capacity, market development ability and profitability. The index system of equipment ability and management ability is analyzed, and the conclusion that the competitiveness of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is competitive in the whole country is analyzed. Finally, based on the analysis results. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the competitive power of Jiangxi equipment manufacturing industry are put forward, which include classified research, strengthening industrial clusters, improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises and increasing the support of the government.
