【摘要】：本論文采用資料收集和實(shí)地調(diào)查的方式，對(duì)河北省昌黎縣歷年釀酒葡萄的面積、產(chǎn)量、價(jià)格、效益變化，以及葡萄酒企業(yè)的數(shù)量，葡萄酒銷售量、銷售收入和利稅變化進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。得出了昌黎縣優(yōu)越的地理位置、獨(dú)特的地貌特征、良好的土壤及氣象生態(tài)條件，具備了發(fā)展釀酒葡萄的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)。昌黎縣葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)已從快速增長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)入戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整期。分析了制約昌黎縣葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素有以下方面：基地建設(shè)薄弱，不利于產(chǎn)區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展；同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重，個(gè)性化發(fā)展特征不明顯；無(wú)節(jié)制貼牌灌裝，與產(chǎn)區(qū)的發(fā)展形象不符；釀酒葡萄種植面積不斷萎縮；缺乏系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃；缺少能夠提升產(chǎn)區(qū)形象的價(jià)值標(biāo)桿；相關(guān)配套產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展較為滯后；缺乏可發(fā)展的新穎產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式。 結(jié)合昌黎縣的葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題，本文提出了昌黎縣葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路：高站位制定系統(tǒng)的葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃；高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)抓好酒葡萄基地建設(shè)；做好龍頭企業(yè)培育；帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展；加大對(duì)原產(chǎn)地品牌的塑造和提升，推進(jìn)葡萄酒文化建設(shè)；發(fā)揮區(qū)優(yōu)勢(shì)，提高產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平；建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系，，完善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理；進(jìn)一步完善企業(yè)與基地利益機(jī)制；進(jìn)一步延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。 本文指在通過(guò)對(duì)昌黎縣釀酒葡萄和葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀分析，找出制約其發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題，為昌黎縣葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性健康發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of data collection and field investigation, the area, output, price, benefit change of wine grape in Changli County, Hebei Province, as well as the number of wine enterprises and the wine sales volume are analyzed. The changes of sales income and profits and taxes were investigated and analyzed. The superior geographical location, unique geomorphological features, good soil and meteorological ecological conditions of Changli County were obtained. The wine industry of Changli County has been changed from the period of rapid growth to the period of strategic adjustment. The factors restricting the development of wine industry in Changli County are as follows: the base construction is weak. It is not conducive to the sustainable development of the producing areas; The phenomenon of homogenization is serious and the characteristic of individualized development is not obvious. The unrestrained paste card filling does not accord with the development image of the producing area; The acreage of wine grape is shrinking; Lack of systematic industrial strategic planning; Lack of value benchmarking to improve the image of the producing areas; The development of related industries lags behind; Lack of a developable new industrial chain model. Combined with the present situation and existing problems of the wine industry in Changli County, this paper puts forward the development ideas of the wine industry in Changli County: making a systematic strategic plan for the wine industry at a high station; High standard should be attached to the construction of wine and grape base; To do a good job in the cultivation of leading enterprises; Promoting the development of industrial clusters; To increase the creation and promotion of the brand of origin to promote the construction of wine culture; Give full play to the advantages of the region and improve the level of industrialization; Establishing standardization system and perfecting standardization management; Further improve the benefit mechanism of enterprises and bases; Further extend the industrial chain. This paper points out that by analyzing the present situation of wine grape and wine industry in Changli County, we can find out the problems that restrict its development, and provide strategic thinking for the healthy development of wine industry in Changli County.
