【摘要】：應用風險社會理念下風險溝通的基本理念和原則,結(jié)合煤化工項目特點,從社會公眾風險感知的視角,調(diào)查分析了企業(yè)風險溝通存在的一些問題,從溝通理念、流程制度、策略方法等方面提出了煤化工企業(yè)外部風險溝通模式優(yōu)化建議,以促進各利益相關(guān)者之間的風險溝通,最終實現(xiàn)煤化工企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Applying the basic idea and principle of risk communication under the concept of risk society, combining the characteristics of coal chemical engineering project, from the perspective of social public risk perception, this paper investigates and analyzes some problems existing in enterprise risk communication, and analyzes the concept of communication. In order to promote the risk communication among stakeholders and realize the sustainable development of coal chemical enterprises, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of external risk communication mode in coal chemical enterprises from the aspects of process system, strategy and method.
