【摘要】:隨著經濟的發(fā)展和競爭的全球化,我國制造企業(yè)所面臨的競爭越來越激烈。優(yōu)良的設施規(guī)劃是提高生產系統(tǒng)效益的重要源泉和手段,是改善生產系統(tǒng)整體功能、實現現代化管理和先進生產方式的前提和基礎。 本文以某管道配件鑄造車間為研究對象,在對國內外設施布局和搬運系統(tǒng)等相關理論進行分析研究的基礎上,確定了本文的研究思路和論文框架。在探討設施規(guī)劃設計理論在鑄造企業(yè)的應用與實施上,突破定性分析與個人經驗相結合的傳統(tǒng)設計方法,,代之以系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設計與定量分析的先進方法。首先,通過對管道配件鑄造車間產品、生產工藝流程和車間物流等方面的分析,找出其中存在的問題。然后,在對鑄造車間內部工藝作業(yè)單元間物流關系和非物流關系充分調研和分析的基礎上,應用系統(tǒng)布置設計(SLP)法對鑄造車間的設施布局進行分析,重新改善設計布局,得到較為合理的車間布局圖。最后,在已改善的車間布局的基礎上分析車間物料搬運系統(tǒng),運用數學規(guī)劃的方法,建立基于運營成本最小化和作業(yè)能力最大化的車間搬運設備優(yōu)化配置的多目標線性規(guī)劃模型,對搬運設備的數量進行定量優(yōu)化,并結合相關參數,應用Xpress運籌優(yōu)化軟件求解。 上述方法的實施,使得整個車間的物流系統(tǒng)更加順暢及高效,提高了車間搬運設備的利用率,降低了物料搬運費用和時間,從而達到縮短生產周期并降低企業(yè)生產成本的最終目的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the globalization of competition, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition. Good facility planning is an important source and means to improve the efficiency of production system, is to improve the overall function of production system. The premise and foundation of realizing modern management and advanced mode of production. In this paper, a pipe fittings foundry workshop as the research object, on the basis of domestic and foreign facilities layout and handling system related theory analysis and research. This paper determines the research ideas and the framework of this paper. In order to explore the application and implementation of facility planning and design theory in foundry enterprises, it breaks through the traditional design method which combines qualitative analysis and personal experience. To replace it with the advanced method of system planning and quantitative analysis. Firstly, through the analysis of pipeline fittings foundry workshop products, production process and workshop logistics, to find out the existing problems. Based on the investigation and analysis of the logistics and non-logistics relations between the process units in the foundry workshop, the layout of the facilities in the foundry workshop was analyzed by the method of systematic layout design (SLP). Finally, based on the improved layout of the workshop, the material handling system of the workshop is analyzed, and the method of mathematical planning is used. A multi-objective linear programming model based on minimization of operation cost and maximization of job capability is established to optimize the quantity of handling equipment and related parameters. The optimization software of Xpress was used to solve the problem. The implementation of the above method makes the logistics system of the whole workshop more smooth and efficient, improves the utilization ratio of the handling equipment in the workshop, and reduces the cost and time of material handling. In order to shorten the production cycle and reduce the final goal of production costs.
