【摘要】:隨著我國經濟發(fā)展速度的加快,經濟發(fā)展有力地帶動了國內建設工程的開展,推動了工程機械設備市場的發(fā)展,以致我國早幾年出現了大宗工程機械市場“噴發(fā)”式的增長,盡管國家基于宏觀發(fā)展的角度對基建行業(yè)進行了調控,一定程度上影響了工程機械市場的發(fā)展,但數據顯示機械設備市場業(yè)務增長仍然保持兩位數的增長。2011年,相關資料指出我國工程機械展品總量達到500多萬臺,根據機械維修理論推測,500萬臺的市場數量將有效帶動工程機械市場二手設備市場的發(fā)展。預測到2015年,國內工程機械年均增幅為17%,市場總價值超過9000億元,二手設備數量也將逐年增加,市場交易金額增長率達到19%,這將為我國工程機械二手市場帶來一個新的發(fā)展機遇。 本文基于二手設備市場迅速增長的背景下,首先對世界和國內工程機械設備市場做了較為詳細的描述,工程機械市場的磅礴發(fā)展給二手機械設備市場提供了數量穩(wěn)定和較高質量的設備來源。然后,本文對戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展理論做了一個較為全面的闡述,分別從戰(zhàn)略管理理論、市場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論、波特五力理論、SWOT理論進行了闡述,給本文打下了堅實的理論基礎分析了世界主要二手機械設備市場的特點和運作形式,并描述了國內二手工程機。然后,分析了械設備市場發(fā)展的不足,希望通過借鑒國際經驗為國內二手設備市場提供一個發(fā)展模版。再次,分析了國內二手工程機械設備市場由于歷史和市場機制的原因所產生的一些問題。最后,,根據前文的具體問題分析,提出了若干完善國內二手工程機械設備市場戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的建議,也希望本文能夠給讀者帶來一個全新的視角。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic development in China, economic development has driven the development of domestic construction projects, and promoted the development of construction machinery and equipment market. As a result, the large construction machinery market "erupts" the growth in our country a few years ago, although the country has carried on the adjustment and control to the construction industry based on the macroscopic development angle, has affected the construction machinery market development to a certain extent. In 2011, the related data pointed out that the total amount of construction machinery exhibits in China reached more than 5 million, according to the theory of mechanical maintenance. The market quantity of 5 million units will effectively drive the development of the second-hand equipment market in the construction machinery market. It is predicted that by 2015, the average annual growth rate of domestic construction machinery will be 17.7%, with a total market value of more than 900 billion yuan. The number of second-hand equipment will also increase year by year, and the market transaction amount will increase to 19%, which will bring a new development opportunity for the second-hand market of construction machinery in China. Based on the rapid growth of second-hand equipment market, this paper first describes the world and domestic construction machinery equipment market in detail. The magnificent development of the construction machinery market provides the second-hand mechanical equipment market with a stable quantity and high quality equipment source. Then, this paper makes a more comprehensive elaboration on the strategic development theory. Separately from the strategic management theory, the market development strategy theory, the Porter five forces theory and the SWOT theory has carried on the elaboration. Laid a solid theoretical basis for the analysis of the world's main second-hand machinery and equipment market characteristics and operational forms, and described the domestic second-hand construction machine. Then, analyzed the lack of development of the equipment market. The author hopes to provide a development template for the domestic second-hand equipment market by using international experience for reference. Thirdly, it analyzes some problems caused by the historical and market mechanism of the domestic second-hand construction machinery market. Finally. Based on the analysis of the above problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the market strategy of used construction machinery and equipment in China, and hopes that this paper can bring readers a new angle of view.
