【摘要】：物資采購合同管理工作,既有一般合同管理的共性,也有自身的特殊性。采購合同在整個采購過程中處于主導(dǎo)地位,可以說采購過程就是合同供應(yīng)商選擇、合同訂立、合同履行直到合同歸檔、合同管理績效評價的全過程。因此良好的物資采購合同管理,能為物資采購合同全面履行乃至提高施工項目管理水平提供強(qiáng)有力的保障。文章就物資采購合同管理進(jìn)行了深入研究。第一章介紹了該課題研究的目的、意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及采用的研究思路和研究方法;第二章對物資采購合同的內(nèi)容、管理現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進(jìn)行了討論;第三章討論了物資采購合同的管理原理、管理階段劃分以及介紹了量化評價方法;第四章對合同訂立階段管理內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了探討;第五章分析研究了合同履行過程中的管理內(nèi)容;第六章對合同的歸檔、審計以及管理績效評價進(jìn)行了討論。第七章給出了研究結(jié)論。施工企業(yè)在經(jīng)營過程中,必須加大合同管理力度,才能降低風(fēng)險損失、提高企業(yè)效益以及信譽度,才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:Material procurement contract management, both general contract management, but also its own particularity. Procurement contract in the entire procurement process in the dominant position, we can say that the procurement process is contract supplier selection. Contract formation, contract performance until the contract filing, contract management performance evaluation process. Therefore, good material procurement contract management. It can provide a strong guarantee for the material purchase contract to fully fulfill and even improve the level of construction project management. The article has carried on the thorough research on the material purchase contract management. The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the research. The present situation of research at home and abroad and the research ideas and methods adopted; The second chapter discusses the content, management status and existing problems of the material purchase contract. The third chapter discusses the management principle of material purchase contract, the division of management stage and the quantitative evaluation method. Chapter 4th discusses the content of management in the stage of contract formation. Chapter 5th analyzes and studies the management content in the process of contract performance. Chapter 6th discusses contract filing, audit and management performance evaluation. Chapter 7th gives the research conclusions. In order to reduce risk loss, construction enterprises must strengthen contract management in the process of operation. Only by improving the efficiency and reputation of enterprises can we be invincible in the fierce market competition.
