【摘要】：在我國經濟社會飛速發(fā)展的時期，，中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化，是中國經濟社會發(fā)展的動力源，在新的環(huán)境和新的背景下促進實現(xiàn)中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展，不僅能加快中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化和新型工業(yè)化各自的發(fā)展進程，也能為實現(xiàn)我國經濟社會發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標提供助力。因此有必要對中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展進行研究。文章重點研究分析了四個方面的問題：第一個方面是在對國內外關于城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化的相關理論進行述評的基礎上，闡述了中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化各自的含義及特征以及二者之間的相互關聯(lián)。第二個方面是探討了中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展的理論。第三個方面是分析了推進中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展的制約及其緣由。第四個方面是提出了推進中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展的措施，例如：破解城鄉(xiāng)二元體制，為二者協(xié)調發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的制度環(huán)境、調整優(yōu)化產業(yè)結構提高中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調發(fā)展的質量等，以期為我國推進特色城鎮(zhèn)化與新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In the rapid economic and social development of our country urbanization period, China characteristics and new industrialization, Chinese is the power source of the economic and social development, promote the coordinated development Chinese characteristics of urbanization and industrialization in the new environment and new background, not only to speed up the development process of China Characteristic Urbanization and new industrialization can respectively. Provide assistance to achieve the goals of the development strategy of the economic society of our country. So it is necessary to study the characteristics of China coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization. This paper focuses on the analysis of problems in four aspects: the first aspect is based on a review of domestic and foreign about the urbanization and industrialization of the related theory, elaborated each other the association between the meaning and characteristics of their China characteristics of urbanization and industrialization as well as the two. Second aspects are discussed Chinese characteristics of Urbanization With the development of new industrialization coordination theory. Third aspects are analyzed and the reasons restricting the progress of coordinated development of China characteristics of urbanization and industrialization. The fourth aspects are put forward to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization China characteristic measures, such as: break the urban and rural system of two yuan, to create a good institutional environment for the two coordinated development, adjust and optimize industrial structure, improve the quality of the coordinated development of China Characteristic Urbanization and new industrialization, in order to provide some reference for the development of our country to promote the characteristics of urbanization and industrialization.
