【摘要】：近年國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展遲緩,同時(shí)受資源緊缺、人力成本上升使得我國(guó)的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)原有勞動(dòng)力成本優(yōu)勢(shì)已基本喪失。生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)大多面臨產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩和財(cái)務(wù)成本居高不下等困難。提升企業(yè)管理水平,增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已成為生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)發(fā)展的主要目標(biāo)。采購(gòu)成本一直是企業(yè)支出的重中之重,通過(guò)降低采購(gòu)成本、改進(jìn)采購(gòu)管理模式已經(jīng)是企業(yè)提升效益的重要手段。本文基于采購(gòu)管理理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)分析生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀,以DZ公司為例,總結(jié)了集團(tuán)事業(yè)部制企業(yè)備件管理中遇到的問(wèn)題,分別在備件采購(gòu)流程、備件物料編碼系統(tǒng)、庫(kù)存定額制定、備件采購(gòu)策略幾個(gè)方面提出改進(jìn)意見,并進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行分析論證得出具有實(shí)施價(jià)值的研究結(jié)果。本文首先綜述了備件管理在生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)中的重要性,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)備件管理現(xiàn)狀,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在備件管理方面的研究成果,為DZ公司的備件采購(gòu)管理研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次通過(guò)對(duì)DZ公司備件采購(gòu)管理模式與運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出備件采購(gòu)工作方面存在的困難和問(wèn)題,并分析問(wèn)題存在的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)DZ公司備件采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)提出優(yōu)化方案,解決采購(gòu)流程繁瑣、備件庫(kù)存積壓、資金占?jí)簢?yán)重、采購(gòu)效率低下、質(zhì)量難以保證等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, domestic and foreign economic development has been slow, at the same time by the shortage of resources. The increase of manpower cost has basically lost the advantage of labor cost of our country's production enterprises. Most of the productive enterprises are faced with the difficulties of overcapacity and high financial costs, so as to improve the management level of enterprises. Enhancing market competitiveness has become the main goal of the development of production-oriented enterprises. Procurement cost has always been the most important part of the enterprise expenditure, by reducing the procurement cost. Improving procurement management model has been an important means for enterprises to enhance efficiency. Based on the theoretical basis of procurement management, combined with practical work experience and data, this paper analyzes the current situation of procurement management in production enterprises. Taking DZ Company as an example, this paper summarizes the problems encountered in the management of spare parts in the enterprises of the Department of Enterprise of the Group, respectively in the purchasing process of spare parts, the coding system of spare parts materials, and the establishment of inventory quota. Several aspects of spare parts procurement strategy suggestions for improvement, and further analysis and demonstration of the value of the implementation of the research results. Firstly, this paper summarizes the importance of spare parts management in the production enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of spare parts management in enterprises at home and abroad, and introduces the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in spare parts management. It provides a theoretical basis for the study of spare parts procurement management in DZ Company. Secondly, through the analysis of the management mode and operation status of spare parts procurement in DZ Company, the difficulties and problems in the procurement of spare parts are pointed out. And analyze the reasons for the problem. On this basis, the DZ company spare parts procurement management system to put forward an optimization plan to solve the cumbersome procurement process, spare parts inventory backlog, serious capital pressure, procurement efficiency is low. The quality is difficult to guarantee and so on.
