【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展，城市化進(jìn)程的加快，帶來的是建筑行業(yè)的蓬勃的發(fā)展。建筑設(shè)計(jì)院作為國(guó)內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭者，擁有強(qiáng)大的優(yōu)勢(shì)，無疑是最大的受益者。但是，隨著國(guó)內(nèi)建筑市場(chǎng)的對(duì)外開放以及國(guó)內(nèi)私人設(shè)計(jì)單位的興起，建筑設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈，設(shè)計(jì)院面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。為應(yīng)對(duì)外來的挑戰(zhàn)，在建筑設(shè)計(jì)市場(chǎng)繼續(xù)取得優(yōu)勢(shì)，建筑設(shè)計(jì)院應(yīng)進(jìn)行體制改革，轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)O(shè)計(jì)和管理理念。本文運(yùn)用相關(guān)的理論，結(jié)合我國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)院的設(shè)計(jì)管理現(xiàn)狀，借鑒國(guó)外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)院的設(shè)計(jì)管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。在企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)方面，注重企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展，，制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和建立合理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)；在項(xiàng)目管理層面，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)流程實(shí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理，建立有效的項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)制，嚴(yán)格控制設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 本文的研究對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)院的設(shè)計(jì)管理優(yōu)化有一定的指導(dǎo)意義，主要成果有： （1）在借鑒前人理論的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)管理的概念和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的論述和解釋。 （2）對(duì)照國(guó)外一些優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)管理，對(duì)我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)院的設(shè)計(jì)管理進(jìn)行深刻的剖析，找出其中的缺點(diǎn)與不足。 （3）在企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)、管理層面，根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展需求制定較為科學(xué)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；為提高企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的效率和效果，設(shè)計(jì)了較為合理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)體系；同時(shí)在企業(yè)的溝通方面提出了優(yōu)化方案。 （4）在項(xiàng)目層面，找到對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有重要影響的幾個(gè)方面，項(xiàng)目流程或程序、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)及項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量，對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，提高項(xiàng)目的效率和保證項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process , the development of the construction industry is brought forward . As the leader of the domestic architectural design industry , the architecture design institute has a strong advantage and is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiary . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design management of the architecture design institute is optimized . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design process should be standardized and managed , the effective project management mechanism is established , and the design quality of the design institute is strictly controlled . The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the design management optimization of the design institute , and the main results are as follows : ( 1 ) Based on the former theory , the concept and content of design management are discussed and explained in detail . ( 2 ) Control the design and management of some outstanding enterprises abroad , and deeply analyze the design and management of the building design institute in China , and find out the defects and shortcomings . ( 3 ) In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise ' s operation management , a more reasonable structure system is designed to improve the efficiency and effect of the enterprise ' s operation management , and the optimization scheme is put forward in the communication of enterprises . ( 4 ) At the project level , find several aspects , such as project flow or procedure , internal organization structure and project design quality of the project , optimize the design of the project , improve the efficiency of the project and ensure the project objectives .
