【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展先鋒的電力設(shè)施建設(shè)也出現(xiàn)了跨越式的發(fā)展,一個(gè)個(gè)大型電力工程不斷上馬,我國(guó)電力基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)在實(shí)踐中積累了大量寶貴的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是,因?yàn)槭苡?jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和傳統(tǒng)管理方法的影響較深,電力建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的管理模式和管理方法在諸多方面仍顯得很落后,特別在電力建設(shè)工程管理方面,現(xiàn)有的管理制度、方法和模式等都呈現(xiàn)出種種弊端,科學(xué)項(xiàng)目管理方法和思想的應(yīng)用還處于摸索階段。如何運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法和思想,結(jié)合電力工程項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際,科學(xué)管理電力工程建設(shè),逐漸成為電建企業(yè)及電力項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位所關(guān)注的重要課題。 論文作者在多年從事電力輸變電工程建設(shè)及管理實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合輸變電工程的特點(diǎn),分析了江門供電局在輸變電管理方面的現(xiàn)狀,研究如何在江門供電局電力輸變項(xiàng)目電管理中運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法。在闡明論文選題背景、意義以及研究對(duì)象與方法、現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理,尤其是進(jìn)度控制理論、質(zhì)量控制理論、成本控制理論、PDCA循環(huán)法等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合江門供電局電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程管理案例分析,探討了加強(qiáng)江門電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程管理的方法和途徑,具體包括:(1)主要闡述項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論,分析輸變電電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程的特點(diǎn),在項(xiàng)目及項(xiàng)目管理概論的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn)、演變及內(nèi)容,對(duì)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程進(jìn)行分類,進(jìn)而分析輸變電電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程的特點(diǎn);(2)介紹江門供電局概況以及工程管理的情況,分析現(xiàn)行輸變電管理中存在的主要問(wèn)題;(3)在江門供電局工程管理中的實(shí)例分析,從進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制、成本控制進(jìn)行了深入地研究,針對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目管理中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,利用項(xiàng)目管理的方法及時(shí)采取控制措施,具體實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目管理在工程施工中的運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of China's economy, the construction of electric power facilities, which is the pioneer of economic development, has also developed by leaps and bounds. China's electric power infrastructure has accumulated a lot of valuable management experience in practice. However, because of the planned economy system and traditional management methods are deeply affected. The management mode and management method of electric power construction project are still very backward in many aspects, especially in the electric power construction project management, the existing management system, method and mode all present all sorts of malpractices. The application of scientific project management methods and ideas is still in the exploratory stage. How to use the project management methods and ideas, combined with the actual power project management, scientific management of electric power engineering construction. It has gradually become an important topic of concern for electric power construction enterprises and electric power project construction units. On the basis of many years' practice of construction and management of electric power transmission and transformation project, the author analyzes the current situation of Jiangmen Power supply Bureau in power transmission and transformation management, combined with the characteristics of transmission and transformation project. This paper studies how to apply the method of project management in electricity management of power transmission and transformer project of Jiangmen Power supply Bureau. It clarifies the background, significance, research object and method, modern project management, especially the theory of schedule control. On the basis of quality control theory, cost control theory and PDCA cycle method, combined with Jiangmen Power supply Bureau power grid construction project management case analysis. This paper discusses the methods and approaches of strengthening the management of Jiangmen power grid construction project, including the specific introduction of the relevant theory of project management, and analyzes the characteristics of transmission and transformation power grid construction project. Based on the introduction of project and project management, this paper introduces the characteristics, evolution and contents of project management, classifies power grid construction projects, and then analyzes the characteristics of transmission and transformation power grid construction projects. 2) introduce the general situation of Jiangmen Power supply Bureau and the situation of project management, and analyze the main problems existing in the current power transmission and transformation management; This paper analyzes the project management of Jiangmen Power supply Bureau from the point of view of schedule control, quality control and cost control, aiming at the practical problems existing in the specific project management. Using the method of project management to take control measures in time, the application of project management in engineering construction is put into practice.
