【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的競爭已經(jīng)從企業(yè)間的競爭轉(zhuǎn)變成為供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭。隨著我國煙草行業(yè)改革不斷深入,行業(yè)面臨著來自國際和社會的多方面壓力與挑戰(zhàn),已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了重要的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期和調(diào)整期。而物流配送中心是煙草行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中最基礎(chǔ)也是最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),煙草物流作為社會物流的一個重要組成部分,對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展具有良好的促進(jìn)作用。因此,對煙草行業(yè)卷煙物流配送中心不合理的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,減少企業(yè)的時間浪費與成本浪費,提高企業(yè)的物流效率,改善客戶服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,從而達(dá)到增強(qiáng)煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力的目的。 目前學(xué)術(shù)界對物流業(yè)務(wù)流程建模的方法有很多,Petri網(wǎng)因其有嚴(yán)格的數(shù)學(xué)定義、直觀的圖形表示、豐富的描述手段再加上系統(tǒng)的分析技術(shù)而被廣泛認(rèn)可,本文正是基于Petri網(wǎng)理論,將該理論方法運用到卷煙物流配送中心業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化分析中去。 本文以作者在某地市煙草卷煙物流配送中心的實地調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),查閱了大量卷煙物流配送中心、業(yè)務(wù)流程以及Petri網(wǎng)的相關(guān)理論與文獻(xiàn)；理論聯(lián)系實際,對該配送中心的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述并繪制不同類型的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖；之后利用Petri網(wǎng)理論對業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行建模,運用數(shù)學(xué)方法分析模型特性,確保所建模型的正確性；在對所建模型初始仿真與分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究,運用訂單EIQ分析以及揀選策略等相關(guān)理論,提出了解決問題的方案,對配送中心業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并對優(yōu)化后的模型進(jìn)行仿真與分析,驗證了優(yōu)化措施的有效性。該研究成果對煙草行業(yè)卷煙物流配送中心的流程優(yōu)化具有極強(qiáng)的參考價值,能加速行業(yè)物流建設(shè)的進(jìn)程,對煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and economy, the competition of modern enterprises has changed from competition among enterprises to competition between supply chains. The industry is facing various pressures and challenges from the international and social, and has entered an important strategic opportunity period and adjustment period. And the logistics distribution center is the most basic and important link in the tobacco industry chain. As an important part of social logistics, tobacco logistics plays a good role in promoting the healthy, stable and rapid development of national economy. To optimize the unreasonable business process of cigarette logistics distribution center in tobacco industry, reduce the waste of time and cost of enterprises, improve the efficiency of logistics and improve the quality of customer service. So as to enhance the core competitiveness of tobacco commercial enterprises. At present, there are many modeling methods of logistics business process in academic circles because of its strict mathematical definition and intuitive graphical representation. The abundant description means and the systematic analysis technology are widely accepted in this paper, which is based on the theory of Petri net, which is applied to the optimization analysis of the business process of the cigarette logistics distribution center. Based on the field investigation of tobacco distribution center in a certain city, this paper consulted a large number of cigarette logistics distribution center, business process and related theories and documents of Petri net. Combining theory with practice, the business process of the distribution center is described in detail and different types of business flow charts are drawn. Then the Petri net theory is used to model the business process and the mathematical method is used to analyze the characteristics of the model to ensure the correctness of the model. On the basis of the initial simulation and analysis of the established model, this paper makes a thorough study, using the order EIQ analysis and picking strategy and other related theories, puts forward a solution to the problem, and optimizes the business process of the distribution center. The simulation and analysis of the optimized model verify the effectiveness of the optimization measures. The research results have a strong reference value for the tobacco industry cigarette logistics distribution center process optimization. It can speed up the process of industry logistics construction, and has certain guiding significance for the development of tobacco industry.
