【摘要】：資金是企業(yè)的血液,資金管理是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的核心。企業(yè)資金管理水平?jīng)Q定著企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展。企業(yè)只有不斷提高自身資金管理水平,在控制風險的前提下,資金利用效率得到提升,才能使企業(yè)在激烈的市場環(huán)境中生存發(fā)展。石油銷售行業(yè)屬于資金密集型行業(yè),近幾年來隨著國家成品油價格機制改革工作的不斷深入,石油銷售行業(yè)競爭加劇,利潤空間不斷縮小,資金需求量大、資金風險高等管理問題日益突出。 本文以LY公司財務(wù)管理工作中的資金管理實踐作為研究對象,采用系統(tǒng)分析與案例研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,對LY公司資金管理進行了系統(tǒng)、深入的研究,結(jié)合LY公司資金管理現(xiàn)狀,提出了一系列資金管理改進對策。 本文內(nèi)容由以下部分組成：第一部分首先對資金管理在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的意義及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了概述,并提出了本文的研究方法和研究框架；第二部分介紹了資金及資金管理的概念,并對資金管理領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論進行了細致闡述。第三部分介紹了LY公司的基本情況、資金管理背景、資金管理發(fā)展歷程及資金管理現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合理論知識對LY公司資金管理工作存在的問題逐項進行了分析；第四部分結(jié)合LY公司實際情況針對存在的問題提出了針對性的資金管理對策,指出要從建立資金集中控制平臺、將票據(jù)收入納入資金管理體系、優(yōu)化資金預(yù)算管理體系、加強資金風險管控手段、保持合理營運資金規(guī)模幾個方面提升資金管理水平。 通過本文的研究希望對提高LY公司資金管理水平有所幫助,也期望能對國內(nèi)與LY公司情況類似的銷售企業(yè)有一定的借鑒參考價值。
[Abstract]:The blood of the enterprise funds, fund management is the core of modern enterprise management. Enterprise funds management level determines the survival and development of enterprises. Only improve their own financial management level of enterprises, under the premise of risk control, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, to enable enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce market environment of oil sales. The industry is a capital intensive industry, in recent years, with the country's refined oil price mechanism reform work unceasingly thorough, oil sales industry competition, profit margins continue to shrink, the demand for funds, funds of higher risk management issues become increasingly prominent.
This paper takes the LY company in the financial management of funds management practice as the research object, research method and case study analysis system combined, the fund management company LY conducted a systematic, in-depth study, combined with the present situation of fund management of LY company, puts forward some countermeasures for improving a series of capital management.
The content of this paper consists of the following parts: the first part summarizes the significance and research status of capital management in modern enterprise management, and puts forward the research methods and research framework; the second part introduces the concept of the capital and capital management, and related theories of capital management field were detailed. The third part introduces the basic situation of LY company, capital management background, history and the current situation of capital management, capital management development, combined with the theoretical knowledge of the working capital management problems in LY company are analyzed one by one; the fourth part combined with the actual situation of LY company, put forward the existing problems in fund management countermeasures, pointed out the need to control platform from the establishment of centralized funds, the bill revenue into the fund management system, optimize the capital budget management system, strengthen the means of financial risk management, insurance Raising the level of capital management by holding reasonable operating funds in several aspects.
Through this study, I hope it will help to improve the level of LY company's capital management, and it also has some reference value for domestic sales company similar to LY company.
