【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是一個(gè)騰飛的年代,人類社會(huì)正逐步走向信息化時(shí)代,各種技術(shù)的進(jìn)步不僅使人們的生活變得越來越豐富、便捷,也使得生活節(jié)奏變得越來越快。對(duì)于醫(yī)用耗材物流企業(yè)而言,誰能將最優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品更好、更快的送達(dá)客戶,誰就會(huì)取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得生存的機(jī)會(huì)。為提高醫(yī)用耗材物流運(yùn)作效率,對(duì)整條供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)已刻不容緩。 本文首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外醫(yī)用耗材物流發(fā)展與研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,,通過對(duì)比指出我國在該方面存在著諸多問題,與國外相比仍有較大的差距。我國醫(yī)用耗材物流供應(yīng)鏈尚未建立集成化的經(jīng)營管理模式,而只是注重研究其在某個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)內(nèi)部的流轉(zhuǎn),忽略了與供應(yīng)鏈上其他節(jié)點(diǎn)的聯(lián)系。本文提出的解決辦法就是建設(shè)集成的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)體系,來優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)的物流供應(yīng)鏈體系。 物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)是世界信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的第三次革命,其在醫(yī)用耗材物流領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用有其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文從應(yīng)用的角度,把整條供應(yīng)鏈上的物流細(xì)分為訂單、物料采購、生產(chǎn)、倉儲(chǔ)、配送、運(yùn)輸這六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的物流業(yè)務(wù),將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于其流程優(yōu)化中,并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的物流業(yè)務(wù)流程的效果做出了預(yù)估。最后,對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并針對(duì)本文不足之處,做了展望。
[Abstract]:21th century is a soaring era, the human society is gradually moving towards the information age, the progress of various technologies not only makes people's life more and more rich, convenient. For medical supplies logistics enterprises, who can better the best quality of services and products, faster delivery to customers, who will obtain a competitive advantage. In order to improve the operational efficiency of medical consumables logistics, it is urgent to optimize and design the whole supply chain business process. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development and research status of medical consumables logistics at home and abroad, and points out that there are many problems in this field. Compared with foreign countries, there is still a big gap. China medical supplies logistics supply chain has not yet established an integrated management model, but only pay attention to the study of its flow within a node. The solution proposed in this paper is to build an integrated Internet of things system to optimize the traditional logistics supply chain system. Internet of things technology is the third revolution in the world information industry, its application in the field of medical supplies logistics has its unique advantages. From the perspective of application, the logistics in the whole supply chain is subdivided into orders. Material procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, transportation of these six links of logistics business, the Internet of things technology will be applied to its process optimization, and the effect of the optimized logistics business process is estimated. Finally. This article is summarized, and in view of the shortcomings of this paper, the prospects are made.
