【摘要】：食品安全和在市場(chǎng)中保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是目前食品行業(yè)面臨的主要問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)，隨著近幾年來(lái)的食品安全問(wèn)題的日益凸顯，大型食品企業(yè)如何面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，迫在眉睫。解決問(wèn)題，主要還是在于管控采購(gòu)，保證食品企業(yè)原材料的高品質(zhì)，但在此情況下，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致成本上升，如何控制成本，保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，還是需要通過(guò)采購(gòu)，整合采購(gòu)是降低成本，，優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈的一個(gè)很好的方案。然而實(shí)行整合采購(gòu)，相當(dāng)于企業(yè)的一次重大改革，會(huì)觸動(dòng)外部供應(yīng)商的利益，也會(huì)觸動(dòng)內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門和個(gè)人的利益，面臨很大困難與阻力，有著很大的失敗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文討論的核心問(wèn)題即是以ABC食品飲料（中國(guó)）為例探討如何實(shí)行整合采購(gòu)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)ABC食品企業(yè)目前情況的分析指出企業(yè)采取整合采購(gòu)的內(nèi)外必要性。論文對(duì)于整合采購(gòu)的具體實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述，在整合采購(gòu)前期，引入利益相關(guān)者分析溝通方案，作為前期統(tǒng)一思想行動(dòng)戰(zhàn)線的重要舉措，在此階段進(jìn)行了采購(gòu)戰(zhàn)略分析。隨后在實(shí)施階段，引入談判戰(zhàn)略制定，以保證最好的成本和供應(yīng)合作結(jié)果，并選用了合適的招標(biāo)工具和統(tǒng)一規(guī)范了合同。在整合采購(gòu)后續(xù)，實(shí)行優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈，提升供應(yīng)商績(jī)效，引入供應(yīng)商社會(huì)責(zé)任，保證綠色安全食品供應(yīng)。 最終研究表明，整合采購(gòu)經(jīng)過(guò)精心規(guī)劃在食品企業(yè)是可以實(shí)行的。本文的研究對(duì)于其他行業(yè)的整合采購(gòu)實(shí)施，也具有借鑒性，可以舉一反三使用。
[Abstract]:Food safety and maintaining competitiveness in the market are the main problems and challenges facing the food industry. With the food safety problems becoming increasingly prominent in recent years, how to face the challenges of large food enterprises. The solution is mainly to control procurement and ensure the high quality of raw materials in food enterprises, but in this case, it may lead to higher costs, how to control costs and maintain competitiveness. Still need through procurement, integrated procurement is a good way to reduce costs and optimize the supply chain. However, the implementation of integrated procurement is equivalent to a major reform of the enterprise, will touch the interests of external suppliers. It will also touch the interests of internal departments and individuals, and face great difficulties and resistance, with a great risk of failure. The core issue discussed in this paper is how to implement integrated purchasing with ABC food and beverage (China) as an example. Through the analysis of the current situation of ABC food enterprises, this paper points out the internal and external necessity of enterprises to adopt integrated procurement. This paper describes the specific implementation of integrated procurement in detail, in the early stage of integrated procurement. As an important measure to unify the thought and action front, the purchasing strategy analysis is carried out in this stage, and then the negotiation strategy is introduced in the implementation stage. In order to ensure the best cost and supply cooperation results, and selected the appropriate bidding tools and unified specification of the contract. In the integration of procurement follow-up, the implementation of optimized supply chain, improve supplier performance, introduce supplier social responsibility. Ensure green and safe food supply. The final study shows that integrated purchasing can be implemented in food enterprises after careful planning. The research in this paper can also be used for reference in other industries.
