【摘要】：近年來，由于國際原油價格不斷攀升、世界環(huán)境危機逐漸加重，人們對能源節(jié)約利用、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護提出了更高的要求，世界各國政府和各大汽車制造企業(yè)為了應對這些危機和挑戰(zhàn)，紛紛加快了新能源汽車的扶持力度、研發(fā)和產業(yè)化，并將具有發(fā)展?jié)摿V、能源消耗低和環(huán)境污染小等特點的新能源汽車產業(yè)當做共同的發(fā)展目標。作為全國汽車密度最高的城市，新能源汽車產業(yè)在深圳的發(fā)展有著非常重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文首先從深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手，從政治法律環(huán)境、經濟環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境、技術環(huán)境等四個方面全面分析了深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境，從技術水平、產業(yè)鏈狀況、示范推廣情況、政策扶持力度角度分析了深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，，提出了深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題和成因，并總結了國內外新能源汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展經驗。其次，在分析深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和總結國內外新能源汽車產業(yè)發(fā)展經驗的基礎上，運用SWOT分析方法對深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅進行客觀全面的評估，同時結合深圳市與國內主要幾個新能源汽車發(fā)展城市的對比情況，得出了深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇。最后，在以上分析的基礎上，提出促進深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的發(fā)展思路和政策措施，從而為深圳新能源汽車產業(yè)的加速發(fā)展起到指導作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the rising international crude oil prices, the world environmental crisis is gradually aggravated, people put forward higher requirements for energy conservation and ecological environmental protection. In order to deal with these crises and challenges, governments and major automobile manufacturing enterprises around the world have accelerated the support of new energy vehicles, research and development and industrialization, and will have wide development potential. The new energy automobile industry, characterized by low energy consumption and low environmental pollution, is regarded as the common development goal. It is the city with the highest density of cars in the country. The development of new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen has very important strategic significance. This paper begins with the development environment and current situation of Shenzhen's new energy automobile industry, starting with the political and legal environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment. This paper analyzes the development environment of Shenzhen's new energy automobile industry from four aspects: technology level, industrial chain status, demonstration and promotion. From the angle of policy support, this paper analyzes the present situation of new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen, and puts forward the problems and causes in the development of new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen. And summarized the domestic and foreign new energy automobile industry development experience. Secondly, based on the analysis of Shenzhen new energy automobile industry development status and summed up the domestic and foreign new energy automobile industry development experience. SWOT analysis method is used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen objectively and comprehensively. At the same time, according to the contrast between Shenzhen and several major new energy automobile development cities in China, the development strategy choice of Shenzhen new energy automobile industry is obtained. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis. This paper puts forward the ideas and policy measures to promote the development of new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen, so as to play a guiding role in accelerating the development of new energy automobile industry in Shenzhen.
